[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I personally spoke with the used car manager before and after this happened, he didn't say anything about not taking deposits on carsthe salesman told me it was the manager that stated to give a deposit because it would be three days before we could make it back to pick it upwe live hours away from the dealership, that was the reason for making a deposit I really doubt any salesman, at any dealership would even ask for a deposit if that was not something they did on a regular basisif this had been a personal sale on the street, craigslist, classifiedsI could understand not holding or selling for a higher pricebut a legit dealership really took me by surprise.Regards, [redacted]

I had Steel-Craft install an overhead garage door into my garageThe installers were very unprofessional and created a hazardous situation in my garageTwo days before the installers came, I had an electrician install a junction box on the roof of my garageThis junction box was using entirely new materials and I watched the entire installation processThe garage door installers, for some reason, drilled into the back of the electrical junction box I asked them to use hitting the wires withinIt appears they then attached it to the ceiling and turned the power back onThere is a scorch mark on the ceiling of the garageWhen the electrician came back out, he discovered the inside of the junction box was black and one of the wires that had been damaged was still exposedObviously this is not something that normally happens randomly to brand new components When I called Steel-Craft, the manager, Juan, said that his installers did not do thisHe could not provide an explanation for what happened and refused to admit that his company was at fault for thisHe implied heavily that it must have been like this before or that the electrician drilled into the box despite the fact that I told him I could confirm this did not happen as I was present for the electrical installationThis was a very frustrating situation and incredibly unprofessional behavior

We experienced an exhaust vent flap leak and called Fiddler roofingThey responded promptly and remedied the problem as a courtesyThank you

In respond to the complaint filed with the Revdex.com, I have reviewed the customers file and
no where on the purchase order or contract signed by the customer
does it state he
bought a vor had a *** sound system as he statesI also found that the purchase
price he indicated he paid is incorrect, the customer pari $15,plus goverment fees
for the *** which is substanially lower than he claims to have paid
I am also perplexed as to why if he thought he bought a vwith *** sound system
he never in the last year and a half complained to the dealership I have never heard
from this customer about any concerns
Any offer of settlement on our part would only be a goodwill jesture to retain him as
a future customer and that would be mininamal at best

To Whom It May Concern,
*** *** is correct when he stated he was here on Sunday til 6:p.mnegotiating on the price of the *** ***. However
he left without ever comitting to a purchase of said vehicle. Consequently, when he did call Monday
morning someone else was in fact
looking at the same vehicle, they also did not purchase at that time, but were very interested also. The salesman informed *** *** that
someone was expressing an interest in the vehicle however what the salesman did that he did not have the authority to do was ask ***
*** for a deposit and insurance information. We frown on deposi's on vehicles because as we all know custoemer's are not obligated
to purchase a vehicle and are comitted only after taking physical delivery, and can cancel the sale anywhere up to that time per VAlaw
The customer's information was ultimately taken from the salesman and shredded, ( faxed info was never recieved), never was a deposit
put on *** ***'s card. We reget that we lost a customer in *** *** because sales are how we stay in business, and we gladly would
have searched at auction for similar vehicle for *** *** had we been given the chance. And that offer stills stands
I would have responded to *** *** directly however since a Revdex.com complaint had been filed, I felt it my obligation to resond to you
