This correspondence is in response to a customer complaintUpon enrollment a copy of the agreement was handed to the customer for their recordsThe business has a signed copy of the agreement, along with initials on every paragraph stating she read and understood all the terms of the agreement
The business also has a payment authorization form filled out and signed as wellThe Customer did email and say that she had a medical issue but did not state what the issue wasThe customer refused to stop into the business to get the cancellation form in order to terminate the agreement as she was advisedThe business owner scanned and emailed the cancellation form to the customer as an additional courtesy, but to this day the form has yet to be receivedWithout proof of the condition the account would remain activeThe customer was advised that without a letter from a physician stating the severity of a medical condition severe enough to prohibit a person from physical activity for over six months; the agreement would stand and all monies would be owed as all services would be provided

The Revdex.com:The customer has stated that the business has not answered her concerns however it is felt that the business has answered every concern in detailThe customer states she has called on the business to deal with the situation but that simply isn't accurateThe customer hasn't given no proof as to why her contract should be terminatedWithout proof of the customers claim the tuition would be dueThe customer didn't make payments as originally agreed uponThere is nothing to be done at this point

This complaint is unfounded and the addition to the last rejection has absolutely nothing to do with what the customer is asserting (making claims about a location in New Jersey)Our establishment has been very upfront with each and every one of its students offering them the highest quality instruction in a state of the art facilityA copy of the signed contract will be mailed to the customer shortlyThe customer was handed a copy of the contract to keep for their records upon enrollmentThis will be the second copy sent to the customer which states that the customer understood that the program was for a year unless a person moved (further than miles from the nearest location) or a medical condition that stopped a person from training for more than six months Each paragraph was initial by the customer acknowledging they understood each of the agreement terms.A physicians note needed to be presented in order to cancel the contractNo doctors note was presented to the business at any point and in the terms of the contract the tuition would remain in effectThe first time any documentation was given was once the program was handed over to a collections agent and the customer complained on the Revdex.com siteThere were numerous attempts to resolve the issue which the customer ignored and called bully methods to collect tuitionThe customers program is no longer in our hands and there is no further actions that can be taken on the business' endWe respectfully consider this matter closed
