Dear [redacted] , I got this statement off the credit bureau web site, the only reason we submit a application to a few lenders at a time is to find a good rate for the consumer, the inquires we made does not affect the credit score for the customer, we cannot remove these lenders from her credit file If you apply for several credit cards within a short period of time, multiple inquiries will appear on your reportLooking for new credit can equate with higher risk, but most Credit Scores are not affected by multiple inquiries from auto, mortgage or student loan lenders within a short period of time In regards to the value of the car we sold her, the selling price was $17,plus tax tags etc The banks have a value of the car based on the Vehicle Identification number before they even approve a loan if it was over the value they would have had to put money down in order to get closer to the value they did not have to put any money down so what we sold the vehicle for was within the value of the car If I can be of further assistance please do not hesitate to let me know Regards, Cindy C [redacted] Jerry's Leesburg Ford

07/29/ To Whom It May Concern:This is in Response to complaint number [redacted] The Customer submitted original gap cancellation on 04/10/2014, this occurred in the middle of the moving of our accounting office from our location to another location, Due to the move the cancellation took longer than normalThe customer was issued a refund in the amount of and that check was issued on 05/25/On 07/23/the customer submitted a cancellation form for Car Care which was processed on 07/24/and we are waiting for the warranty company to remit the fundsI apologize for the time that it took for the first refund and the customer can rest assured that the refund on the Car Care that was just submitted to us will be handled in a timely manner.Jerry's Ford

THIEVES!!! We had our Mercedes serviced because it would not shift out of first gear After paying $***, we received out Mercedes back in the same condition (unable to shift out of first gear) When we returned it back to them, they stated it would cost an additional $*** to correct what they now thought the problem was I spoke to the owner *** (who is also the mechanic) who stated they do not guarantee their work, and he refused to correct the problem without charging the additional amount He stated he now thought the transmission needed a new internal control unit He refused to refund any of the $*** we had already paid him despite our car not running We took our car to another place in town, and they fixed the problem in one day! IT WAS NOT THE INTERNAL CONTROL UNIT, so we would have sunk another $*** into these thieves pockets for nothing When I returned to talk to the new manager ***, I was told to get the (and I quote) *** of his property I would NEVER trust these crooks with anything!

*** *** did come into our dealership on April 12, and filled out a application to purchase a vehicle and it is our policy to submit all applications for credit approval. We submitted her applications to several lenders for approval on Monday April 13,
2015, after *** *** decided not to purchase the vehicle we did not work the loan any longer.
