I called approximately weeks ago for a quote on Windows and was told that within 24-hours, a salesperson would call me back
Reasonable, however, No call came
weeks after I called for a quote, I received a call from the Secretary stating that the salesman quit abruptly and they wanted to see if I had ever received a quoteI had not and was hesitant to have them come out but, figured that, they deserved a chance to bid on my job and, I would give them the benefit of the doubt
The owner came to my homeHe apologized profuselyHe was dressed in a stained top with his stomach hanging outThis is absolutely disgusting and super unprofessional! Who shows up to a potential customer's home looking like he just woke up and expects to be hired???!!!
Oh, it's been days and no one has even emailed me a quote however, the lack of professionalism is why I will never do business with this company
I don't care how many years this company has served my areaWhen the OWNER shows up looking like a slob, what does that say about how the work will be performed?
