Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have not got a call from Eric like the response says, I talked on the phone only to Rod, on 8/17/I'm waiting to here from Eric about, metal thresholds, glue, and boxes of flooring to redo the flooring that has separated at the seamsI did receive the reimbursement check for the flooring I did receive the reimbursement check for material I did receive check from Jerry's for flooring product as requested Sincerely, [redacted]

On 9/1/16 Rod called Mr. [redacted] to follow up about the adhesive, metal and flooring.  We were going to order the replacement flooring and they decided on a glue even though we do not recommend for this floor to be glued down.  Mr. [redacted] was going to pick up the metal at another vendor and we would reimburse him for that expense. 
 
On 9/7/16 We found out that [redacted] has discontinued the flooring that was originally purchased.  Both Rod [redacted] and Eric S[redacted] talked to Mr. [redacted] on 9/7/16 to resolve this issue.  In the conversation with Eric, it was decided that Mr. [redacted] and his customer are going to come in and pick out a new flooring option that will be better for the customer. We will discount the flooring appropriately to compensate for the previous flooring. We hope that this will be a better solution for everyone.
