I am rejecting this response because: they did not tell me about not being able find the part number until after I had to pay for having it fixed and I had to be bring it back to the store .when I brought it back they told me that they would not charge for putting on the correct belt because they had two other belts on hand and one was smaller by 1/inch but that the blades would keep on spinningThey did not say anything about changing me to put on the belt I then went home and found the part number and I called them to give it to themThey did not say anything about charging for the beltdays later I went to get the machine from them and they said it would be ready the next Monday.still no mention of charging for the beltThe first time that they said anything about charging for the belt was she n I called them on MondayThey said to bring in the receipt from the first time that I paid for the beltI get there and they still are charging me a second time to have it fixedI did yell at them but I did not cuss or pound there tableThey say that they told me that they were charging for the part only when I called them with the part number but the only person I talked to was the lady who answered the phone

It is unfortunate that Mr*** is not satisfied with our service. When Mr*** originally brought the unit in, we told him that the unit was aged and we'd do the best we could. We could not get a breakdown for the parts and we tried to match up the belt. Unfortunately,
it didn't work. When Mr*** brought it back, he was informed well ahead of time that we would replace the belt with the one he looked up and that we would only charge him for the belt and NO LABOR. We have several witnesses that heard this discussion. Mr*** acted very erratic and screamed, pounded his fists and cussed in our shop. He is the one that owes an apology

They then charged me a second time for the same repairAsk them why they say that they are only charging for the part if that was the first time that I brought it in? The whole thing is that they charged me two times for the same repair job.
