We would like to dispute this claim as this was done over years ago, and *** *** is just now stating that we did not due the performed workIn looking back at the work order for *** *** the warranty is now upWe would like to seek legal action in
regards to this matter and take this to court in the District Court in which the customer resides inThank you,

We warranty all of our work had the customer called us
immediately upon noticing the leas we would have gladly returned and address
the issueDue to the fact that the customer did not call us to remedy
the
problem and had the work performed by someone elseWe had no opportunity to
remedy the problemJerry’s warranty’s all work and would have done soIt is
the law that a contractor has the right to remedy work under warrantyIn this
case we were not allowed this opportunity and was not notified of the issue
until after the repairs were performed by another companyTherefore we refuse
to reimburse the customer we still have parts and labor into this job

I am rejecting this response because:
We agree we had someone else look into the problem because of the urgency of the situation where the water was coming down the chandelier Water and electricity do not mix We were very concerned an accident could occurOur initial thought was the 15+ year old plumber's putty around the shower drain had cracked and the leak was coming from the drain and working its way down the pipe However, upon opening the access panel, you can imagine our surprise when the drip clearly originated from the shower stem The very one we had replaced by you Moreover, you have to understand our resentment towards you when we discovered you did not use plumber's tape on the threads of the stems In addition, on the stem that leaked there was no gasket Subsequently, we had the stems removed and the threads wrapped with tape After they were reinstalled, the leaking stoppedEveryone knows you have to wrap the threads with tape Especially, if there is not a gasket present For the record, we would have called you to come back out However, when we discovered the stems did not have pipe tape, all thoughts to that idea disappeared
