approximately a one hour labor charge. She picked up the vehicle. I verbally quoted an approximate estimate of $500. The customer did not ask for a written quote which would have been provided and given an accurate and detailed quote. I removed the AC condenser since none of the other components were there, including the compressor and hoses. Condenser can be reinstalled at any time in a minimal amount of time. Replacing the cam lifters and timing chain was all part of the job. Cost for timing chain and sprockets was $41. Upon dropping off the vehicle for repair the customer said she would be gone for 3 weeks. I have a fair and honest reputation and this matter could have been resolved if she would have contacted me if she felt the cost was not correct. Jeff B[redacted]
