This is in response to a complaint filed against meID [redacted] I sold this vehicle "as is" to individual who has filed this complaintHe had a vehicle identical to the one I sold himHis vehicle was wrecked and he wanted to purchase mine for "parts only"It was not sold to him with the intent to be drivin on the roadI will attach a picture of the sold "as is" receipt that was given to himI am willing to keep peace and return his money only if he brings the vehicle back to me as it was sold to him with all original parts intact

I am rejecting this response because: I'm not complaining about the car or the condition of the vehicle If he sold the car for parts which I did not buy it for parts where is the Salvage title which law said I should have been issued If you look at the title I sent you, you will see its damage, too many names on the title and erase names on the back of the title The MVD will not take a damage titleWhy would anyone take a good car apart to repair a total out car I purchase his car so I could take parts off of my total out car such as tires, and any thing else it may needI did not tell him I was using it for parts He is just twisting words and you are not looking at the evidence

I have called Mr *** about resolving this issue on February at 9:amI have told him I would return his money if he would bring the car back to me as it was sold to himHe has refused this offerHe wants the title for vehicle which I gave him but it is a salvage titleThe vehicle was sold as is to him for parts only, not to be driven on the roadHe wants to resolve it in court
