I am rejecting this response because:Dear Mr [redacted] As year old citizens, my wife, [redacted] and I learned years ago to never misrepresent facts The facts in this case are as stated in my letter to CEO Sacramento Revdex.com dated August 11, 2016.I have a copy of the email sent to me by Mr [redacted] on April not the 14th as he stated Unfortunately, I am not able to send it attached to this message but I am sending it via USPS today for your informationYour review of that email makes it clear that Mr [redacted] was fully aware that I had called him that morning as the email from him was sent at 12:p.mon Tuesday April 12th You will receive that information in a few days Sincerely, [redacted] Colonel USMC (Ret)

Customer is aware of the reduction in refund due to the cost associated with loss of an scheduled appointmentThe customer said during negotiation that we could charge a nominal cancelation fee We were unable to replace the instructor lessons due to the nature of the training and the short notice This matter has been resolved and customer and Bond Driving School are not seeking further actions [redacted] Owner

I am rejecting this response because: I disagree with Bond completely There was no mention of a "no refund" policy until I asked for one I have email with day sent to prove it was AFTER I asked to cancel When I asked why, I only received the same no-answer-answer They refuse to address issues or even answer my questions Show me when I agreed to purchase training and have additional equipment installed Why is Bond's interpretation of verbal statements any more valid than mine? We spent $51,on a van equipped by Mobility Works to meet my requirements, so why on earth would I agree to have MORE equipment installed? So I guess we go to court

Customer completed initial evaluation and was in need of van equipment van that we have available for her. All she needs to do is call the office and schedule an appointmenther hand control evaluation shows that she requires hours of in car training for her certification of ability to use
hand controlBond Driving School has a strict no refund policy and therefore the hours and account never expires. All she has to do is call us to schedule the training and get certified

I am rejecting this response because: I wanted a safe driving evaluation, not a series of lessons. I already have a van from Mobility Works equipped with a hand brake so that I may drive safely. I have been using a hand brake for over years with no accidents! Why on earth would I need lessons? The equipment Bond wanted to have installed on my van would not help me--only make driving more complicated and dangerous!On June 1, I called for information, but before hanging up they had a credit card number and I was scheduled for the whole packageAt no time was a "strict no refund policy" mentioned, only sent a copy of so-called policy AFTER I called to cancel
Driving evaluation was June 6, 2016. After attempting to drive Bond van w/extra equipment, we returned home and went for a drive in my van. Instructor said that at no time
did he feel unsafe or that his life was in danger and a copy of his
report would be emailed in a day or so. I believe any normally
intelligent person would have thought "yippee, I passed!" He left and
there was no
mention of lessons needed. The report showing all areas "within limits" was emailed to me on June 9,
2016.They are now billing me an extra $for cancelling. Grand total from credit card $just for the pleasure of driving around for hours with an instructor -- in my own vehicle!

There is no fee of $as any missed appointment has fee has been reversedThe lessons are based upon the written evaluation by the Driver Rehabilitation Specialist and not her interpretation of verbal statementsShe willingly purchased the training required in order to have the additional equipment installed into her vehicle to be certified to use said equipment We have a no refund policy and it's available per law on office on website and sent to student upon registration Her program never expires and again when she would like to restart the program it is available without any restriction
