I called to have someone come out and look at my refridgerator. I made this request on 11/05/13. I was told that someone would contact me between 9am and 930am 11/06/13. At 945am on 11/06/13 I called the place to inquire about my service call. They took all my information and wrote my complaint on the work order and stated that someone would contact me in aproximately 30 minutes. No explanation was given as to why I was not contacted. At 1045am on 11/06/13 I called to see why they had not contacted me. I was transferred to another person who asked me to give all my information to him again. I asked him why and tried to axplain that I had just done so an hour ago. He then proceeded to use foul language including blasphemy and hung up on me. I called back and was asked what my effing problem was and as I was trying to explain He began talking and cursing over me and using abusive and foul language.Desired SettlementI would like this "business" notified by the Revdex.com of my filing a complaint in writing if possible and nothing else other than sharing this information.Business Response I have not received anything in writing to this complaint! This is the first time I'm hearing about it. This customer talked to us like we were dogs, And then expected someone to call him back & come to his house. Hi filing a complaint just shows what a .... he is. I always heard it was a lot easier to draw flies with honey rather than vinegar. You don't call any company, Talk to them like dogs to come to your house, And expect somebody call you back, Really.[redacted]

I bought washer and dryer with a trade of my old one. Problem with dryer before 60 day waranty given run around.Ipurchased a washer dryer set for $310.00 and was given a credit for the old washer and dryer of mine.The owner says he did not take a bankcard therefore I went to the bank and got cash. After him writing a receipt he expxplained the waranty that I must keep receipt for it to be valid which I did. When I found there was a problem I called, the first thing he asked was did I have a receipt, I told him that I did immediately he said you have to talk to the service man and made and appointment for the next morning no show. I called and I was told they were too busy to get to me I will be there tomorrow morning.The next day I called and no one answered the phone,I went to the business and was told the person I was suppose to talk to was no early riser and he did not know when he would be there, just call him on the phone.I called from the premises on my cell phone,no one answer. I left came home and called back no one answered, about 45 min later I got a call saying I am just the service man and that stuff belongs to him I can' make any decisions. I immediately told him I just needed him to take care of my dryer, he then I am on my way. When he got here to pick up the dryer he said its no gaurantee when I will get it back probably tomorrow morning. I told him okay just let it be before I go to work at 11:15 which I had explained all alone. Hoping he will do something about my dryer in a timely matter. Just want to let others know what they are dealing with before they choce this guy.Desired SettlementI do not want money I just want him to honor his agreement,and not take frustrations out on customer as we all have frustrations,everyone is not out to get over.
