I took my F250 they told me it will be 2,500 changing some sensors and oils , they call me a week later to let me know that the truck needed to be changed 2 pumps and they have the truck all taking apart and that inhave to pay 5000 dlls in order to give me back the truck running with no guaranty that that was the problem. When I went to pick it up they dont allow me a drive test they throw away all the replace parts even when I told them that I need to see which parts was replaced .the guy who was in charge a Mexican worker told me and my wife that there was no way that they can show us prove of what has been done and that if we want to wait until [redacted] the owner was there they will charge us for keeping the truck there.. we have video of all of this worst servise ever !!...we called the police and they told us that they have bunch of complains of them and that was how they gave us some notes of the parts . We paid we took the truck to find that that now they gave us the truck with new issues like a leak in the radiador that it doesnt have before, and the turbo disel of the truck not working at all. Pretty bad experiense and servise all documented and captured with video.
