misunderstanding. After talking to the sales manager, I believe you assumed all of the vehicles were certified because of the Certified sign located on the lot. We do have a Certified Pre-Owned sign displayed on our Pre-Owned lot.  The sign is to represent that we do sale certified vehicles. Which we do. Unfortunately not all vehicles qualify for the certification.  Some do to age, make, model, miles, etc...  Some because we choose not to. I hope you have received your check by now.  If not, please let us know.  It was never our intention to delay you receiving your check.  Referrals are a valuable part of our business.

There was oversight or mis-communication between Jerry's and the Gap company.  We have submitted the cancellation.  We will receive the funds this month and forward to Mr. Geer or the funds will be sent directly to Mr. Geer from the Gap provider.     Thanks, [redacted] Jerry's...
