The job was mostly completed in the summer, however, there were several items not completed. Mr. [redacted] assured me that he would complete the items.After repeatedly calling Mr. [redacted], he began to not take my calls. He schedueld several days but never showed up. He stated that he stands behind his work but he does not. The seal that he used on the side of my house begain to split and he said he would fix. His work is not worth the money I paid.Desired SettlementI want the job to be completed!

On 3-11-14, [redacted], contractor and owner of this business, delivered an estimate/invoice with detailed information on what he would do for me and how much he would charge. He was to paint the outside of my house and complete some miscellaneous home repairs for me. He did paint my house and from what I can tell, did a good job. At that time, I recommended him to two other friends. After that, he stopped showing up. He charged me extra for things that he quoted in the beginning but 'there were other costs involved' so I paid him $1,275 MORE than the original bid of $6,800. He did not finish three miscellaneous projects. I have called and called and he does not answer. I finally had to pay someone to finish what he did not (for $900) and pay someone to haul off all the remaining junk he left in my backyard (another $50).Desired SettlementI want him on your list as a shady person to work with. I want him to reimburse me for the money I had to pay to complete the job. I want him to stop fast talking and taking advantage of customers.
