Business Response to a Complaint Complaint ID#: [redacted] Company Name: Jerry's Express Carwash Company Contact: [redacted] Company Phone: [redacted] Company Email: [redacted] Person Who Sent the Complaint: [redacted] Staff Member: Response: On 02/10/the customer purchase a wash , we ask all our customer's to remove their hitch if they have one The customer said in his complaint that he did remove the hitch from his vehicle prior before entering the washThe customer came inside and had complaint that his tailgate was still dirty I ask him which wash did he purchase and did he remove the hitch He reply that he got dollar's wash and he remove his hitch I try to explain to the customer that wash doesn't come with a rewash even if u feel that you are unsatisfied with your wash I told the customer I be more happy to take a look at it but by purchasing a wash it doesn't come with a rewash That being said we did resolve the issue and offer the customer a free wash for any misunderstanding Sent on: 3/7/10:25:AM

We sincerely regret that Ms. [redacted] had a bad experience at our business. As we explained while reviewing video of the situation, the driver of the vehicle in front of Ms. [redacted] drove off of the conveyor causing that vehicle to stop moving through the wash. At that time Ms. [redacted]'s vehicle made contact with the rear of the vehicle in front of her. Appointments were made to show the videos to all parties involved. Our wash is and was performing as it is designed to. Contact and insurance information was exchanged between both customers.
