ground level cleanout, we can't properly access your drain. We also informed her not to use wipes.  Unfortunanely, we could not warranty her drains would be clear for 30 days due to no clean out and wipes.  When she called us back, the customer only had a lavatory sink stoppage. The first time we were there, all drains were working. This was a secondary problem, not part of the original scope of work.  M[redacted], our plumber, indicated on the invoice, which the customer signed, that there was no warranty due to wipes and lack of cleanout.

Review: I purchased a Hot Water Heater from Sears yesterday. They contracted with Jerry's Plumbing for the installation. I paid over $279 for the installation. When they arrived this AM they informed me that they needed to purchase more parts to come up to code and it would cost another $300 to $400 dollars. I was shocked to say the least. Because I have been without ANY water for over 24 hours, I felt that I had no choice. I figured I would get an itemized invoice to check over. NOPE! they would not provide one. they said it was not their way of doing things.???? I called the office and she said the same. Their invoice was for $385.00 I called a local plumbing supply company and gave them the list of items and they came up with a total of $163.00. SOOOO basically I got screwed out of over $200. I called Sears and asked them to help me with the overcharge since they are the contracted plumbers. NOPE!Desired Settlement: I would like an itemized bill from the plumbing supply company so I can see if I got cheated or not. then refund me any overcharge.
