They did a great job. The fence looks awesome. The crew was very pleasent.

Very unreliable,Was never on time,never put in a full days work,and to this day did not complete job to customer statisfaction like he said. Fence looks good but GATE is a mess and Gary's Fencing to this day has refused to correct this,continues to LIE and make excuses.Another company ripping off an elder women.He claims on his flyers the Revdex.com says he is an A+ ratiing (False advertising)........

Reasonable cost. Lower than other quotes. Did quality work. Followed through with everything he said he would do. Final demo and construction of our backyard fence was done extremely well. Built to last. I recommend him without reservation and would hire him again!

Review: I am writing this letter to explain my situation. I bought my home in 2004. I gutted the home and put in new tile, paint, new bathrooms, new kitchen and etc... When all of the walls were opened up it was recommended to me that I do a re-pipe on my home because all of the pipes were old and a lot of my walls were already open. I knew a plumber through an acquaintance and that company is JERRYS PLUMBING. I told him I needed to re-pipe my house while the walls were open and because the pipes were old. He said he would give me a great deal and to use him. We agreed on a price and I thought that was that. After he finished the deal he said he wanted a lot more money for the job. I immediately called our mutual acquaintance and was furious about what was transpiring. I threatened to call the contractors board and the Revdex.com then he changed his tune immediately. I paid him the original agreed upon money, thought the house was re-piped and assumed that was that!Now we move forward to 2014. Late in 2014 my water bill started to shoot up to $1,000 plus dollars a month and has continued until present. I called out DWP to check on a leak and they said they couldnt find one but said not to pay the water bill because something was wrong. I called a first plumbing company, they came out and couldnt find the leak, I called DWP again and they still couldnt find the leak, finally I found a plumber that found the leak and the problem! Once I told the plumber that the house was re-piped they figured out that all of the plumbing was over head and there shouldnt have been any live lines under the house. The plumber then came to the conclusion that the plumber that re-piped my house tied in to the original pipes and didnt abandon the old pipes!!!For the fix/remedy the plumber suggested that I contact the original plumber to fix the lines he forgot to abandon. I contacted the plumber (JERRYS PLUMBING) to tell him he forgot to abandon the lines and gave him the opportunity to fix his mistake, he then said to me that HE ONLY DID ONE BATHROOM AND NOT THE HOUSE!!! ( please see attached text message) . That is a complete lie and makes zero sense because I didnt even have any problems at my house! The re-pipe was a completely preventative measure because the walls were already open. Why in the world would someone re- pipe one bathroom that had zero current issues to tie into old plumbing? This guy is a complete scam artist! He requested I pay him in cash so I did. I requested a receipt but he never gave me one. I called the contractors board to look up his license/information and JERRYS PLUMBING information couldnt be found. I have been defrauded and need help on what course of action I need to take to get my problem fixed. Thank you,[redacted]Desired Settlement: PROBLEMS FIXED AND REPAIRS TO DAMAGE.

It is unfortunate that I have to respond to this, but I can't let these unsubstantiated allegations go unchallenged. Mr. [redacted] is simply wrong on his facts.I was introduced to [redacted] by our mutual acquaintance, [redacted] asked me for a bid to re-pipe his entire house, which I provided him. He said it was too high & asked what it would cost to do just the bathroom & replace the main line to the front of the house. I gave him a bid of $2,500 and he said to go ahead. We never agreed to re-pipe the entire house so there was no opportunity or need to abandon the old pipes.As I was installing the main line the existing pipe to the street kept breaking. Anyone in that situation would replace it, so I did so, without asking for a change order, which I should have done. The $1,500 for this was the disputed amount. Even though the rest of the plumbing would not have functioned without this repair, [redacted] couldn't understand this & refused to pay the added amount. I took a loss on the job & absorbed the $1,500. I agreed to accept the original $2,500 as payment in full so we could both move on.Now 10 years later he is demanding I do work he never wanted to pay for in the first place. I have had a spotless record for over 30 years with more than 4,000 plumbing jobs without a single complaint. I have even had several customers offer to write letters supporting the quality of my work since they saw [redacted]'s posting here. And my contractor's license is in good standing with the contractor's board if anyone wants to look.By the way, all of the facts I have stated here have been verified with the mutual acquaintance [redacted] referred to, [redacted]. So it is time for Mr. [redacted] to be a gentleman & accept the fact that he received what he paid for. He has a right to make a complaint but not to use slanderous language.
