Jerrys subs and pizza

Review: I placed an online order for several items for delivery. I ordered one small white pizza, one small double pepperoni pizza and two Italian cold cuts, one with mayo and no lettuce and one with lettuce and no mayo. I received two small white pizzas and both of the Italian cold cuts included lettuce and were without mayo.

I contacted the business and requested they fix the order and redeliver it. I was told "the best we can do is offer a $2.00 off my next order." I requested a manager at which point the same resolution was offered. I insisted my order be delivered correctly, but they refused unless I paid for the replacement food. I felt this was a fraudulent demand since I did not receive the product I had ordered and payed for.Desired Settlement: A refund for the two products that were incorrect, and a written apology from the on duty store manager for his lack of customer service skills. The refund would be in the amount of $13.55. $5.99 for the pizza and $6.79 for the cold cut plus 6% sales tax.
