called jerrys for a tow from menoniee to eau Claire,was told 70$ for hook up and 4$ per mile. I live 27 miles from where car was. I was told I could get a better rate if I waited till later in day to have car deilivered,I agreed, when my car was arrived the driver told me the bill was 460.00$ that had to be paid or he kept my car.. I called [redacted] several times and got no discount for waiting,and had to pay full amount. I feel I was taken advantage of...ripped off
