To: Revdex.comFrom: [redacted] ***, Owner of Stronghold K9, LLCRef: Revdex.com Complaint ( [redacted] ***) We have made several attempts to resolve this issue with *** After [redacted] attempted to tarnish my company name on the Revdex.com as well as ripoff report.com, we are only offering a replacement puppy and no longer a monetary adjustment Due to [redacted] neglecting to send the papers for almost months, we were forced to make an adjustment with the new owners to discard the paperwork We will contact [redacted] via email when we have a puppy that is suitable for her lifestyleRegards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Ms***'s response comes as no surprise, but we wanted to give her and Mr [redacted] every opportunity to rectify this situation prior to us taking legal action Her claim that we have refused to provide papers is completely unfounded, as we have documentation to support that we have offered to provide it on a number of occasions She and Mr [redacted] have been uncooperative with our efforts and should understand that their unethical business practices will only progress this situation to the level of a law suit And to further support our case, we have been communicating with the American Kennel Club re: this situation and they are aware that Ms [redacted] asked them to falsify Max's papers on July 21, 2015, the date she contacted them to state that she had made a "clerical" mistake on Max's registration paper's and his name should be Captain and registered to someone else What Ms [redacted] needs to understand, that just like a vehicle, a home, etc., ownership is represented by a "title" With that said, the original title for Max remains in our name and ownership It was never signed over to Ms [redacted] or Mr [redacted] because they have continually failed to pay for their agreed purchase Instead, they chose an unethical business route that will mark their business' reputation for an indefinite period of time Ms [redacted] and Mr [redacted] 's public records represent a reputation of poor business practices, complaints, and unpaid financial commitments that have led them to this very same outcome in the past It's just unfortunate we didn't find this information prior to entering into a business agreement with them We appreciate the Revdex.com trying to rectify this situation on our behalf and will pursue our next steps accordingly unless Ms [redacted] and Mr [redacted] pay us $as agreed, at which time we will provide them with the proper legal ownership of Max so they can proceed as needed, without tarnish on their business, themselves, and bringing the alleged "new owner" into this unfortunate situation We do not and will not accept Ms***'s offer for a "replacement puppy" The offer is unacceptable and most certainly, our next puppy venture will be with a well-researched, professional, and ethical breeder Regards, [redacted] & [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below To properly resolve this dispute, we are happy to provide registration papers signed over to Ms***/Stronghold Kat a mutually agreed upon location, in exchange, at the same time, for our refund of $in the form of cash, certified check or money order As Ms [redacted] herself has stated, no business would provide ownership of an item to an individual without being paid for it, and we completely agree with her We have asked her and [redacted] (her boyfriend/business partner) for this on a few different occasions It would not make good business sense for us to mail her the registration papers already signed and providing her complete ownership unless we are receiving the money owed at the same time Joe promised us on 6/that we would make the exchange in person once the check from the new owner had cleared They have sold Max to another individual and sent him to Georgia on 7/representing themselves as the registered owners I've never been aggressive or hostile with Ms [redacted] - even the email documentation she's providing doesn't lend itself to that claim either Additionally, Mr [redacted] was made aware of the puppy's aggressive behavior when my husband, Tim, contacted Mr [redacted] on 6/stating that Max had gone after me in the face twice after I tried to separate him from our senior dog and kittens, and a friend of ours as well We had no reason not to trust that this process would walk itself out the way Joe promised, until Ms [redacted] changed the terms of our agreement and subsequently ignored our requests to close this matter in a professional manner We've contacted them on 7/3, 7/7, 7/14, 7/19, 7/asking to finalize this in a way that follows sound business practices and both parties needs are met Documentation attached Regards, [redacted] ***

To:Revdex.com From: Stronghold K9,LLC Ref; *** *** Complaint *** *** did purchase a puppy from usAt the time of the purchase she was made well aware that ALL SALES WERE FINAL and there were NO REFUNDSShe was also informed that the puppy would have a limited registration like the rest of the
puppies in the littersThis is not an uncommon policy for dog breedersHer exaggeration of the week old puppy being overly aggressive, is very untrueOn her first visit she was able to convince us that she had done her due diligence on researching the breed and she was completely ready to purchase a high energy-working puppyHer complaint is the first we have heard of the puppy being so aggressive at weeks oldWhen *** had her husband contact us about helping them find more suitable home for the puppy, we were skepticalWe decided to help them anywaysThey dropped the puppy off inour driveway, holding the paperwork hostageit was made very clear to her husband that we would need the puppy along with the, paperwork in order to help themWhen he dropped the puppy off and stated that "*** shouldn't have purchased the puppy, due to it just being bad timing and she has to get a job"That doesn't sound like an aggressive puppyjust an irresponsible decision on ***'s behalf to purchase a puppy she truly wasn't ready forWe have requested that *** mail the paperwork via certified mail due to her aggressive, and explosive behaviorWe have requested this paperwork for over weeks and have the documentation to submit to the Revdex.com proving thatWe will not make any monetary adjustment with her until the paperwork is received and filled out correctly for the new owner to transferWe feel this is extremely fair and the Revdex.com should agreeWe have never given *** any reason not trust us, but she has given us every reason to not trust herYou do not get a refund or adjustment until you return the companies merchandise and or productsShe has only returned part of what she purchasedNo company out there will process any type of refund until they have received their product in entirety*** has threatened me with diminishing my companies name as well as with attorneys, for simply asking her to send us the registration so we can process her adjustmentI attached a copy other threatening emails for the Revdex.com to reviewShe has refused to follow any and all our request to get back any type of moniesThere will be no monetary adjustment until the documents are received from *** as requestedAlso *** *** was allowed by the Revdex.com to file a bogus complaint stating she has "contract disputes"Can the Revdex.com please see that she provides a copy of that contract she claims to be disputing? It is only fair that the contract she is disputing become part of the complaintThe only other offer we are willing to make for settlement is that we will replace the puppy of our choice with a new one out of our next breeding

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
To properly resolve this dispute, we are happy to provide registration papers signed over to Ms. [redacted]/Stronghold K9 at a mutually agreed upon location, in exchange, at the same time, for our refund of $1200 in the form of cash, certified check or money order.    As Ms. [redacted] herself has stated, no business would provide ownership of an item to an individual without being paid for it, and we completely agree with her.  We have asked her and [redacted] (her boyfriend/business partner) for this on a few different occasions.  It would not make good business sense for us to mail her the registration papers already signed and providing her complete ownership unless we are receiving the money owed at the same time.  Joe promised us on 6/27 that we would make the exchange in person once the check from the new owner had cleared.  They have sold Max to another individual and sent him to Georgia on 7/3 representing themselves as the registered owners.   I've never been aggressive or hostile with Ms. [redacted] - even the email documentation she's providing doesn't lend itself to that claim either.    Additionally, Mr. [redacted] was made aware of the puppy's aggressive behavior when my husband, Tim, contacted Mr. [redacted] on 6/26 stating that Max had gone after me in the face twice after I tried to separate him from our senior dog and kittens, and a friend of ours as well.  We had no reason not to trust that this process would walk itself out the way Joe promised, until Ms. [redacted] changed the terms of our agreement and subsequently ignored our requests to close this matter in a professional manner.  We've contacted them on 7/3, 7/7, 7/14, 7/19, 7/20 asking to finalize this in a way that follows sound business practices and both parties needs are met.  Documentation attached.
