Review: this is the only company in our region that provides hurricane shutters. I purchased 15 of these expensive items from this company. Whenever there is a need for repair, the company is terrible about response. I must leave several messages, spanning sometimes many months, before they will even respond to set up an appointment. They have come unprepared for appointments (e.g. no parts, no ladders, limited tools). They have cancelled appointments (due to illness of employees or due to weather conditions). I currently have 3 inoperable shutters. They have been broken for over a year. When they finally came out to service them, [redacted] (company owner/manager) promised to order the required parts and be back within 2 weeks. That was over 4 months ago. I have called numerous times. Most times I leave a message. When I do get a person on the phone, they promise to give [redacted] my message. I have never gotten a call back. Never! the only way I have ever gotten any scheduled appointments was by sheer luck when [redacted] was in the office or a nice gentleman who feels guilty about my situation forces an appointment time out of [redacted]. I have left 3 messages in the last 4 business days plus I spoke with a man who identified himself as their salesman, who took my information and promised to have [redacted] call me. Still no call back. I would deal with another company if I could. I just want these shutters fixed. We have had to go through several storms without them.Desired Settlement: fix the shutters.
