Review: JCA was to repair my ice maker LG refrigerator after being contacted by LG to do so. Technician came out worked on ice maker, handed me a bill. I informed this was a warranty covered issue. Tech placed hands on his head and complained to me how he was not aware and now "I guess this will be a replacement if they even pay us at all" not really my issue just very unprofessional. Told me he would turn the paperwork in and they would contact me. Nobody ever called. Ice maker not working so I called and asked status. After 20 minutes on hold, nobody knew anything. I was told someone would call( this was Saturday). On Monday afternoon I called since nobody called me. I explained and after being on hold 20 minutes, I was told someone would call me back. 24 hours later no call. I called and explained yet again. On hold again 10 minutes, no record of any correspondence. Was told they had to call LG and part was on back order. Someone would call me. Twp day later no call. Called LG and they attempted to resolve the issue with them. They ended up changing my service provider.Desired Settlement: I would like to be contacted by the owner to let him know how his employees are handling customers. Their recorded message when put on hold boasts of how wonderful their red carpet service is and how wonderful their customer service is. They should know how horrible it is.

Review: My stove was not working properly and required service. I phoned jersey coast appliance and was given an appt for Saturday afternoon. The repairman showed up at approx 1:45. The repairman [redacted]" asked me what the problem was and advised he was too busy to remove back panel of stove to determine the problem. Advised he would order several parts and return in a week or so and determine problem by process of elimination. I told him I was uncomfortable paying $100 since he didn't even look at the stove or test it. He was in my home for no more than 10 minutes and charged me 106.95. I phoned company after he left to advise what transpired. I was advised by [redacted] that no manager or supervisor was available. She advised that she is scheduling service manager ** to come to my house in a week to look at stove. Totally unacceptable to me. I already waited several days for this service appt. I advised [redacted]" I was extremely dissatisfied with the repairman and the company and wanted my money back

Mrs [redacted] was not happy with the service technician who came to her house. This sometimes happens. Jersey Coast Appliance offered to send the service manager back to re-examine the range but the customer declined. Customer stopped payment on her check.
