Review: In December, I filled out a form to receive their Garcinia Cambogia product. After entering ALL information, I decided to see if I could find the same product on a different site - to compare prices. I decided to go with the other company and NEVER hit the submit button. Imagine my surprise when a bottle from this company arrived at my house around the middle of December. I decided to keep that bottle. Imagine my even BIGGER surprise when I found out they have taken MORE money out of my banking account this month - with no product. I have tried to contact the company - I was on hold for over an hour and then they hung up on me....I want nothing more to do with this company - and I want a full refund of the $19.95 they removed from my bank account on January 5th. These people are ridiculous and I consider this whole thing a complete scam. I tried to go to the website to 'change my order status' but they have no record of ANY e-mail in my name (because I never actually submitted my order the FIRST time!). I'm extremely frustrated and have no way of contacting them. My husband also tried calling them - was put on hold for over an hour - and was also hung up on. We don't know what to do. HELP (please).Desired Settlement: We want nothing more to do with this company and we want a refund for the $19.95 taken out of our account on January 5th.
