I used this limo service twice, once in November and once in February In May they charged my credit card without my authorization and for no servicesI received a invoice indicating such and I contacted them and they said they would credit my credit cardThey never credited my credit cardI have communicated with them in email, [redacted] , [redacted] messenger and they have never responded to me At this point all I want is my $credit

Lila Limousine, LLC made an unauthorized charge to our credit card in the amount of $on February 24,
On February 18, 2016, *** at Lila Limousine offered to match the price offered on a popular coupon website for a 2-hour rideHe charged our Visa $immediately per our agreement -- payment in fullOn February 24, 2016, the day of the ride, an additional $(UNAUTHORIZED) was charged to the cardWe discovered the charge on our statement and requested a refund of that amount on March 15th by phone; *** said he would investigate and get right back to meI texted him the details of the transaction per his requestI texted him again on the 19th to follow up on the status of the refund that he had supposedly requestedHe apologized and promised to check on Monday
We received our next credit card statement in April, and there was still no refundI texted *** on April 28, to inform him and let him know this was becoming a big problemOnce again, he promise

They have overcharged my credit card by $ I called and talked with John who indicated it was done in error and he has put a credit through After many broken promises, lies and a month later I am still waiting for a refund on this unauthorized charge I don't believe it was an error, rather intentional to float money

Paid for service in advance to hold pidate, with CC Had to cancel services as we were informed of death in the family and now had to travel out of state to funeral services...this was done the day after paying for the limo serviceOwner was familiar with us, as we had used this same service on numerous previous occasions, so was more than willing to refund the full amount of $
He was to credit my wife's CC the following day...never happened We contacted him a week later, and said he had to check into this...informed us, again, that the CC refund would be corrected within a couple more days...never happened
We contacted him from Montana, while travelling to funeral....still no refund, and now weeks have gone by
He was contacted again, and we were informed that the credit had been mishandled, and someone else's card had gotten the credit, rather than my wife's card....(how does this happen??)
Pretty fed up with the runaround, by now, I call am accuse ***
