I am rejecting this response because:The vechile provided cost me extra as the gas mileage to operate an SUV is considerably more than a car Also the regional manager agreed I would be compensated in our telphhone convesation on September8thI fully expect him to honour his word, [redacted] ***

The customer arrived at the rental location and was informed that there were no full size vehicles availableHe then received a free upgrade to an SUVHe then demanded to have a portion of his gas re-imbursed because we did not have the vehicle he reservedWhen he was told that we would not be
re-funding any portion of the gas, he demanded to speak to Customer CareI put him on the phone with customer care and he spent forty five minutes on the phone and spoke to several different people who all told him; “we do not refund gas purchases”He was told he could cancel the reservation but he decided to take the SUV anyway and signed a contract to that factIn our opinion, once the contract was signed he then accepted full responsibility for all costs he would incur while driving the SUV.If I can be of further assistance please do not hesitate to contact me.Thanks,*** ***Discount Car Rentals

We reject the rejection from the customer I personally handled the rental interaction with the customer and when I told him that the vehicle he reserved was not available he immediately became rude and disrespectfulWe professionally put him in his place and that is why he is not satisfied with the resultIn our opinion this matter is closed
