Review: Purchased a gift certificate from this company for my mother for cleaning services, charged to my credit card on March 19, 2014, for the amount of $465.45 . This was for four housecleaning sessions, including taxes. My mother had only redeemed one session - when she called to schedule the next session, the receptionist told her the owner had passed away and they were not scheduling sessions. My mother called the company back repeatedly, but they never answered the phone. Their phone line is now disconnected. I calling [redacted] to dispute the charge, but they were unable to because it has been more than 60 days.Desired Settlement: Refund in the amount of $349.09, which is 3/4 of the charge to my credit card for the three unredeemed housecleaning sessions I paid for.
