UNFORTUNATELY THIS WAS AN ERROR TO WHICH THE PERSON WHO ENTERED IT ONLINE MADE A MISTAKE, WHICH WE INFORMED YOU OF THAT DAYWE ARE NOT IN THE BUSINESS OF GIVING CARS AWAYSOMETIMES PEOPLE MAKE MISTAKES, WHICH THIS PERSON DID, SO I TRULY APOLOGIZE FOR THAT, BUT IN NO WAY WAS THIS A MISREPRESENTATIONWE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR OVER YEARSI'M SORRY THAT APPARENTLY YOU HAVE NEVER MADE A MISTAKE, BUT THERE IS NO LAW THAT STATES WE HAVE TO EVEN SELL YOU THE CARSO IF YOU WERE UNHAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE, AGAIN I APOLOGIZE FOR THE WORKERS ERRORNO ONE SAID YOU HAD TO PURCHASE MY VEHICLEI WISH YOU THE BEST LUCK IN THE FUTURE AS YOU SHOP FOR A CARHAVE A WONDERFUL DAY

This is the first time that I am hearing of this issue The title is fine, DMV is giving the customer a hard time for no reason, the original poa is fine, we use them all the time, but we have contacted the original dealership and have received another poaI did reach out to the customer today 11/28/and spoke to their son,I am waiting for a call back from the mother or father Unfortunately like I stated earlier, this is the first time I am hearing of thisSomething that is an easy fix we would not let it get out of hand and this has already been taken care of I have the corrected poa for the customer The NJ law allows a dealer to issue up to temporary tagsThe original title was mailed to the customer and they received the title on 9/27, which the temp tag was still good, so why did they wait till this past Saturday to go to DMV? Had they went to DMV earlier this problem would have been fixed by now

THIS TITLE WAS SENT TO THE CUSTOMER VIA FED EX ON 12/TRACKING # [redacted] AND WAS DELIVERED ON 12/@11:15AM, SO I DON'T KNOW WHAT THIS MAN IS TALKING ABOUT

This title was sent out ups and delivered and signed for by customer on 12/31/Sarah did keep in contact as to the status of the titleIt was a duplicate title issued by New YorkWe can not rush the process, DMV will not move any quicker for us as a dealer

THIS CUSTOMER PURCHASED THE CAR ON 4/22/HE DID NOT PAY FOR THE CAR IN FULL UNTIL 5/13/THE STATE OF NJ ALLOWS DEALERSHIPS TO ONLY ISSUE TEMPORARY TAGSTHIS CUSTOMER WAS ALREADY ON HIS 2ND TAG, WHICH WAS EXPIRING ON 6/AT MIDNIGHT HE DID GET A CALL ON FRIDAY, WHEN HE TITLE CAME BACK FROM DMV, AROUND 5:30, TO WHICH THE DEALERSHIP IS OPEN UNTIL 6: HE CAME IN ON SATURDAY MORNING 6/TO PICK UP HIS TITLE, WHICH THERE ARE LOCAL DMV AGENCIES ABOUT MINUTES AWAY FROM THE DEALERSHIPHE DEMANDED ANOTHER TEMP TAG, WHICH BY LAW I CAN NOT DO, WHICH I EXPLAINED TO HIM WHY I CAN NOT DO IT HE THEN BEGAN TO SCREAM AND CURSE AT THE OFFICE MANAGERSHOUTED THROUGHOUT THE SHOWROOM, AND THEN TURNED TO ONE OF THE SALES REPS AND CURSED HIM OUT THE LAW IN NJ ONLY STATES THAT WE MUST GET THE TITLE TO THE CUSTOMER WITHIN DAYS, WHICH WE DIDTHIS IS JUST AN IRATE, RUDE, & IRRATIONAL PERSON, JUST LOOKING FOR ANY EXCUSE TO COMPLAINMY DEALERSHIP DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG HEREHE RECEIVED HIS TITLE IN A TIMELY FASHION

Nancy was away on vacation and did return today and spoke with the customer, he is coming in today to pick up his title as well as there is a balance owed on the car I am also writing off a portion of the balance owed for his inconvenience Thank you

Your problem seems to be with fed ex., again this is the first time that I am hearing of thisEnclosed you will find a copy of my fed ex slip, which clearly states indirect signature, meaning that if you are not home, someone in the household can sign for youI would suggest getting fed ex involved to help you with this matterMy company did our due diligence please see attached copy of fed ex air bill

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Yes I did complain the day I came to pick up my title and your so called mechanic checked the leaking coolant that apparently wasnt leaking have texts to prove my complaintsI know buying a used car expect problems at some point but not first week and total in 2months of driving under miles would I think $of Mechanical problems to doneClearly don't check your car thouroughly or you know exactly what you are selling and pass problems onto cutsomers.Yes I didnt sign up for for warranty or get a mechanic but when you a trusting a friends friend judgement what should I doAll other reviews I have read are same problems and people having issues as soon as driving them awayI assume you wont be helping me by even offering to get something fixed.thanks for all your help!!!!
