Review: Put an over the phone $200 deposit on two kayaks. The ship date was moved back. We cancelled the order before the kayaks had shipped. Our deposit has been held in the stores archive account. We have been to the store 3 times in person, sent 2 messages through their website, and have called twice. The owner is not removing the deposit from their archive account. I have been told each time at the store that they will refund the deposit, just a matter of getting the owner to move this deposit out of archive department. Done asking and wasting my time. Time for a formal complaint with Revdex.com and possibly with ocean county consumer affairsDesired Settlement: Refund ASAP ....
