My name is Gary R [redacted] and I was the person who serviced this locationPrior to arriving to the site I was warned that the [redacted] were hoarders and advised by my father not to take the job if the situation was extremeUpon arriving at their residence the first thing I noticed in their kitchen was a hole with rotting wood through the floorItems were not hoarded in their trailer so much as their was trash and rotting food packed from floor to ceiling in each of the roomsAgainst my better judgement I pitied the customers and told them I would take on the job for a discounted price with the exception that I could not guarantee the elimination of the rodents, only that I would make an attempt to reduce the problemI was compensated for the job in cash and I emailed them a receipt from my phone immediately as you can see by the screenshots I attached to this responseI told my father even though I took the job against his wishes I would personally maintain and rebait the poison and traps in their trailer when they calledMy office manager received a call from [redacted] a week and a half later and told me he was rude and abrasive demanding that we return to service their homeDue to the volume of business at this time I was unable to arrive that day and had scheduled him for later this week, however apparently they became impatient and posted this ill mannered complaintI have no problem refunding their money as long as I can take pictures of their trailer so that people understand why nobody will take that job for under 1500$ and wont guarantee the complete elimination of rats in such unkempt home conditions

I am rejecting this response because:The hole in thee floor was rectified 2 days after the service. We had stuff all over the place due to not having use of our kitchen. This is the first I am seeing the receipt. I never received it.  The person I spoke to on the phone Daniel was extremely rude to me, if he was my employee I would have fired him due to the way he treats customers. He even cursed at me. He kept on saying I do the best I can.  I was just asking if anyone was coming back out. I don't want pictures of my house online. You did say you would  back up our service of our service for 3 months regardless and do not even return calls or answer anything. If you didn't want the job you shouldn't have taken it. I have purchased way more than $300 of bait in the interim and have been trying to remedy this on my own. I even wanted to hire you for more services, but you couldn't even answer about that, no one called back. You are just a hit and run business.
