I have a new AC unit installed in June by the HVAC company ** ***The company charged me $7,for the entire unit and laborThe unit was working properly, not until last week, May 3, I called the company to check it because the AC was on, but not making the house coolSo a technician came and found out that the AC refrigerant pipe coming from the attic was punctured by the nail that was caused by new roof installment we had in March Jersey Roofing installed my new roofNow, ** *** will not cover the replacement of the refrigerant pipe since it was damaged by the rooferWhen I contacted the manger of *** *** ***, he came and inspected the punctured pipeHe said that his company is not responsible for the damage, as the refrigerant pipe was not installed properlyThe pipe was directly against the plywood by the roofcording to the roofer manager, it should be installed inches below the roofI called and spoke to ** *** manager and explained

Jersey Roofing, owner Bruno, lied and said that they put on sheets of plywood for my home residenceOnce I sat down and had someone verify it, I decided to use my cameras to aid me to see how many plywood they usedUpon careful review, I found out they only had total, two of which are provided for freeI was changed for which was an additional 1,The ownee after going back and forth agreed to send me however the job was not done correctlyA neighbor who does roofing work, stated that the capping is off as well as the shingles are not laid correctly lI would like the work to be corrected or a partial refund for the job they did incorrectlyIf they over charged me, they will over charge anyoneIf you are not home or do not have cameras, you deal with people who rip off peopleI have pictures to verify only pieces of plywood.and they also had plywood remaining so I estimate they used and I should only pay for as their contract stated
