Review: I offered a good faith deposit of $500.00 as proof I was a serious buyer. When I went to pick up the boat at the marina it was found in poor condition, ran horrible, and the trailer had a severely dry rotted tire. I did not purchase the boat and I asked for a refund and [redacted] told me "good luck with that". Under no circumstances was the deposit nonrefundable or I never would have offered it.Desired Settlement: I want my $500.00 deposit refunded to me.

First of all let me begin by apologizing for the delayed response to these duplicate complaints from husband and wife team [redacted] and Elaina Carty. I had a personal emergency to deal with that basically consumed me emotionally and took up the entire year to resolve; this issue kept my attending to situations such as this that would typically be handled by my staff.
