I am rejecting this response because:
The "investigation" was a letter telling me I left before a cardiologist came. YES , only because their staff specifically told us there was no guarantee we would see one within 24 hours and the cardiologist was unreachable. They tried to call hik numerous times. Why on Earth would we leave only to IMMEDIATLEY go to a different hospital and end up seeing a cardiologist within the hour? Were we supposed to be held hostage for a week at Jersey Shore racking up bills hoping the cardiologist would finally come? That is completely unreasonable. We left because we were told the cardiologist was unresponsive and there was no ETA when we would ever see one and to keep waiting. That is unreasonable. How about the threats we received that if he left our bills wouldn't be covered? That's the standard of care they stand behind?

Review: On Nov. 23, 2015, this company placed on my [redacted] Report that I have a balance of $566. This is an out right LIE! They claim it is from a bill opened Oct. 9th, 2015. I have not been there since 2008 when my son had surgery done by an ENT who used their Day Stay Center. If he had been affiliated with another local hospital, believe me, I would have not let my son have surgery there since in 1987 the er doctors nearly killed my other son. I had insurance for the medical bill which was covered in FULL and I did not have any out-of-pocket expense. I do NOT use there murderous er and will never use it. I darn well did not go there at any time in 2015 especially not in Oct when I live less than 5 minutes from a real hospital I want this LIE removed from my credit report IMMEDIATELY!!!! I owe them NOTHING!!! I have not been there in years for my children and I have not been there personally since I had my son in 1995 when another doctor almost dropped him during delivery. Two mistakes was enough for me.Desired Settlement: I want this lie removed from ALL of my credit reports that they sent it to immediately!!!

I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with Rickey C[redacted] at Jersey Shore ([redacted] on Friday, Dec. 11, 2015 at 11:30 AM. He has the required information and said he would need to find out what needs to be done because the account is not mine. Please contact him at [redacted] and assist him in contacting the 3rd party agency this was sent to and have them remove this from my credit report immediately. All had all the necessary information so I do not know why you replied that you did not have it. He can verify this account is not mine and should not be on my credit report(s). Thank you.
