Review: On or about August 12, 2015. I called this business to request for repair of my Gaggenau dishwasher. On Saturday, August 15, a staff of this business came to my house, inspected the dishwasher and informed me it needed a new Drain Pump. He said he will come on Monday or Tuesday to fix it. It was going to cost $279.99. He required 50% down payment. I paid $180, with a check. They never called back. I have called them so many times. Each time, I was told the part was on its way. Then early last week, I called. I was told that they might come by the weekend to fix the part. They did not show up. When I called this past Monday, they claimed someone came to my house at 1:30 on August 28. This is untrue, as there is always some at home; and they did not call to say someone was coming or to confirm the appointment. So, the repair was rescheduled for today Friday, Sept. 4 @ 11:30AM. I called at about 9:30AM to confirm that they were coming. I was told yes. At 11:50AM I called to find out if they were on the way. The person on the line asked me if I the appointment was scheduled. Yes, I said. He said I should give him 10 minutes to "buzz" me back. Thirty minutes later, no call. I called their two numbers from my house phone. It kept going to voicemail. I used a different number. Someone called "[redacted] picked up the phone and claimed to be on the road and can't access the computer to review my case. He said he'd call back in 45 minutes. I told them that I was frustrated by this experience and may need to cancel the service. I was simply told that I would lose the money I already paid. No apologies. After about a month now, and with my check cashed, they have no intention of fulfilling their part of the contract. I feel I have been scammed.Desired Settlement: Either finish the job, or refund my deposit

Review: Contact via internet & phone on 10/1/2014 to fix dishwasher. [redacted] came to property looked at the dishwasher and advised it needed a part he did not have, but would order and have in 3-4 days, but needed a $100.00 deposit which was paid by ck#[redacted]. The check was immediately cashed on 10/1/2014.We made repeated calls to [redacted] who first advised that he was not able to get the part. After 2 additional weeks, he then advised he could not get the part or provide the service. He advised that he would return the deposit, but I am still waiting.I believe he is just collecting deposits and never providing the service or returning deposits!!Desired Settlement: Bank check for full refund of $100.00

Review: I called this company to come out and check my washer that was not running right owner [redacted] came to check problem was told it was the barrings by just the sound machine was making was told it would cost me $450.00 to fix I agreed and gave him $200 cash that same day two weeks pasted and he did not call me I had to keep calling him finally after 3 weeks he came out to take washer apart and replace the barrings when he started to take apart washer he noticed other issues so I ordered the additional parts after they came in I called him back again I had to wait 3 weeks before he came out when he did more problems so I decided that I was not putting anymore money into it I asked for a refund because I had given him another $100 in cash totaling $300 he offer to give me back $100 he has only refunded $50 it now been 3 weeks and I am getting the run around I feel that I was totally taken advanage of I feel I should now get all of the $250.00 that I paid him he never called for anything Ihad to always call this is no way of doing business I would like a refund of all money paid if possible.
