TERRIBLE PLACE!! It is by far the worst customer experience you will ever receive. No one is ever happy by the lack of care and concern from the doctors and the terribly incompetent office staff. Then also be aware of getting hit by a $100 NO SHOW FEE for no good reason. Then try to deal with HORRIBLE office manager and billing department that has no manners. I can't even describe how horrible my experience with this place had been so take my advice and save yourself the trouble, time and headache. I will never go back to this place and telling all my friends and family too.

Review: I have received a bill for a no show fee of an appointment that I had cancelled two weeks in advance. When I contacted the billing department, the office manager and the billing staff Jessica were both very unprofessional and disrespectful and inconvenienced me and my time a great deal. At first they said that there was no record of me calling and when I presented my call records from my cell phone company, they proceeded to tell me that there was a call from me but it wasnt to cancel. I have no records of me calling other than the one I have provided proof of (duration of 6 minutes). This was after waiting on the phone for an hour and so I stated that obviously there was a technical issue and then the lady finally said (I dont know if this was to get me off the phone) that they have a call center in florida and perhaps they might have the recorded call from me to cancel this god forsaken appointment and that she will check with them and then let me know. However, it has been over 3 days and still no call back from her. However, she seemed like she did not even care to do it anyway, because she kept saying if they dont have it then there is nothing she could do. How is that possible for an Office Manager to not have any authority over such an issue? If it is in fact their fault according to her system she has the ability to do something means she can also correct it now but she refused to do anything nor apologize for the conflicting statements of her records to begin with. Plus I would understand if I wasn't a new patient who had only been seen once, or habitually cancelled or not provided proof of me calling but I have never been late, always pay my dues on time, definitely cancelled in advance- so I do not believe this is good customer service nor one that builds repeat business. I am highly disappointing and will never return to this place ever again. This is probably why they charge everyone a no show fee of $100 because they cant keep patients to come back.Desired Settlement: Correct this error and issue apology.
