Review: On May *, 2015 I purchased a kitchen set from the above store on May *, the kitchen set was delivered damaged the table was scratched and the chairs where wobbling my fiance refused the order when the delivery people called the store they where trying to convince him to keep the table that they would return next week to exchange the table we refused I called the store and spoke to [redacted] who I told I purchased the table set because I was having a mother's day dinner at my apartment and now I had to cancel because I had no table she again try to convince me to keep it and said she will send someone out to bring swip it out for a new onw a next week I told her no and told her I wanted to cancel my order and she informed me it was ridiculous and that it will cost me 30 pecent of the total to cancel which on the sale receipt it says 20 percent where do the extra 10 percent comes from I don't know. I called my credit card company and disputed the charge which now the furniture store is fighting saying I refused the order and nothing was wrong with the table. There customer service is horrible when my fiance spoke to the man at the store he was very rude. My fiance was also told by the delivery man that this always happens.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back I should not have to suffer and be penalties for nor excepting damage products. I also want to understand where do 30 percent comes from when the sales receipt states 20 percent

Hello [redacted], For customer [redacted], we made the delivery of the product she ordered on 5/*/2015, after the guys set up the table, they claimed the chairs are wobbley, we explained to them that it could be their floor un leveled because this set is made by very big reputable manufacture [redacted], and all the legs of these chairs are made very accurate, but they stiil refused the delivery, we asked the customer to keep the order and we will order new set for her an dreplace it in a couple of days, but she still refused it..the set we took back from the customer was in perfect condition because we delivered it to another customer the very next day and the customer was fully satisfied and the chairs were not wobbling, after that we ordered a new set for the customer and tried to deliver it but she did not accept the delivery..even if the set was damaged, as it states on our store policy that we have the right to service or exchange damage merchandise, If the customer willing to accept the new delivery, we have it ready for her and if not as per our written store policy that customer signed for when purchasing, there is 20% cancellation fee, the customer need to stop by the store and we will call the bank and issue her refund minus 20% cancellation fee.. The table set was not in no good condition it had a scratch and the chairs wobbling had nothing to do with my floors I purchased the same table set from [redacted] store got it delivered in perfect condition and the chairs are not wobbling at all. I want my refund I don't need the table set anymore but to my calculation there going to subtract $60. For delivery and 20 percent so $560. Minus $60. Delivery is $500. So $500. - 20 percent is $100 which makes it $400. I should be refund and there taking 20 percent from the total of $560 plus the $60 no where in the receipt it sales 20 pecent off cancelation from the whole total including the delivery. To my calculation I should be refunded $400. Not $388.

Review: RequireFurniture store staff set up a home bar wrong and broke it. They broke the frame of my kitchen entrance, made a whole in my leather sofa and damaged my hallway walls. This event happen in March 2015 it is now July and the furniture store has refuse to give me store credit or exchange; they've been telling me for months that the new bar is on its way and 4 months later nothing. The owner refuses to answer my calls because I’m a woman and only chooses to speak with my husband. For months they’ve been giving us the run around that the bar is on its way or stuck at the warehouse or on the truck to be delivered. Every week they guarantee today is the day and nothing.d FieldDesired Settlement: I want either a refund or the bar I ordered.
