This is a hard review to write and one I NEVER thought I would have to write. I've always been a huge fan of this artist, Jes Maharry. I finally could afford a piece of her jewelry and ordered it over 3 weeks ago. I have contacted the business more than 7 times, always getting a voicemail and there is no other email contact information available on this company. After three weeks, seven different messages left for different employees and an hour of transferring to different extensions trying to get a human, I received an email response saying 'Thanks for the order, we are going to start making it soon and will tell you when it ships'. I find this unbelievable and it definitely does not follow what their website cites which is all orders ship in 7 days. I was charged over $18.00 for the UPS shipping and the bracelet weighs maybe a gram. Well, I think, I have yet to see it. Right then, I should have realized that this business is not run well and abandoned the order completely. I don't get that they have to MAKE an item that was listed and bought from the Outlet. I am so disappointed, I don't even really want the item any longer as I will always associate it with this negative experience. While I so appreciate and loved how Jes Maharry saves animals, etc., I really think she needs to focus on helping the paying human customers she has. Or, hire some qualified people to do it for her.
A full refund was given for the UPS shipping charge of $51.00. Customer was issued a UPS shipping label to return the cuff and have one single diamond added. We've been in contact with the customer and is in process of being resolved.
The quality is not always at par, and the jewelry are over priced. The recent red cord bracelet with a tiny and thin cross was a disappointment, thought it would be more substantial, but was definitely worth the money I paid for - $93 plus with shipping!
