Review: contactor came to fix my heat , wanted to charge me $850 in less than 1 hour of work we agreed on $700so I gave him a check for $700 few days later I found out problem still the same NOthing was Fixed and the contracor refuse to come back to fix itDesired Settlement: I need full Refund since the contracor did not do the job and refuse to come back and fix it
