They were not supposed to use my vacuum, but they did and broke it They also ruined my window blinds in my living room I asked them repeatedly to replace them and got the run around The last time they cleaned, the cleaner locked my cat in a bedroom without food or water while I was on vacation If I had not returned early, he could have died Worst customer service ever! It took over a month and calls and repeated emails to get money back to replace my blinds

We've been very happy with the entire team from our maids to account managersI contacted Jeslyn Maids upon the recommendation of a friend and was immediately impressed with the way they actively listened to our needs and then suggested a structured plan based on those needsTheir guidance, flexibility and accessibility have been a great help especially throughout the holidaysI highly recommend their service

This place is a joke! I had a maid come out for the move out serviceThere was no furniture in my house so there was only the interior that needed to be cleanedWell I paid for hours, and she didn't do anything but mop, and clean the fridgeWhen I went back to check the cabinets had not been cleaned, their were cobwebs and dust still on the windowsBugs on the windowsills, there was a powdery substance in the tub, mirrors were not cleanedThere was so much that had needed to be doneWhen I called back saying I wasn't satisfied they sent her back, she spent mins on the phone, and then asked why I was trying to get her in troubleI had to ask if I could borrow her cleaning supplies to clean up the things that she should of doneI called to complain to see if I could get my money refunded since I had to do the work for her, they told me twice, they had to work on approval from billing and accountsThey said I was denied the refundNever explained whyBut offered me a free hour of cleaningMy response was, for what so I could clean it again myself! They said they received several bad reports about this maid this weekSo what I would like to know is why they can't refund me, why is such 100% guaranteed company unable to fulfill what their customers request! This is by far one the most worst companies I have ever had to deal with in my lifeI wanted to take a chance for once and not have to clean my houseBut jeslyn maids screw me out of it and my moneyIf they don't think I am not getting a lawyer involved, they believe wrongI am getting my $back either way!

I have been using Jeslyn Maid Service for the past year I am THRILLED! Not only can I customize each cleaning to me needs, example (up and down stairs/ only downstairs) I can call hours in advance and change the date and/or time My home ALWAYS looks and smells fabulous!
They simply have the BEST customer service team ever I can switch between a hour clean to a hour clean anytime I want The price can't be beat, especially for customization Most professional cleaning services will only care about your sq footage and bathrooms Jeslyn is by the time spent cleaning your home !
I recommend them HIGHLY!

We tried to use Jeslyn Maids and scheduled cleaning shifts month in advanceWe made sure to email them a recap of all our needs regarding dates, times and how many maids we needed for each shiftThey charged us over $1K that we paid in advanceWe received a reminder days before the first shift, that maids were still scheduled to come for their 1st shift
We are a short term rental company and had guests arriving hours after the previous guests were departing (and we had made Jeslyn Maids aware of that, due to the sensitive timeframe)We're a nice company and we welcome anyone coming to work with us with a nice breakfastNobody showed up, so after we ate all the extra breakfast tacos, we called after half an hour waiting for the maidsSeems like it was difficult for the dispatch team to locate their maidsAfter hour wait, they called back saying that their maids were just leaving another location, about miles awayWe asked for a refund due to the no-show
We went ahead and cancelled all extra shifts scheduled for the week as we quickly lost trust in this company and should have done better research about themWe asked for an email confirmation of the cancellation about hours ago, also called to confirm the cancellation of all shifts, but haven't heard back yetThey were super fast to respond to sales calls and send invoices though
Do not waste your time, don't use Jeslyn Maids

I'm in the middle of Renovations and needed some cleaning done in-between stages. Booked my appointment, explained in detail the house. On April 28 I was sent a confirmation 5/4-8am-12pm. I received a call @ 3pm that day from Hector stating there was a scheduling issue and that he would have to reschedule for first thing 5/5 8am-9am confirmed the address and that the door would be open (property vacant). I was unable to get to the house to check on the work until 8pm 5/5 only to find NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE. I had not been contacted or notified in any way.

When I finally contacted "Customer Service" I was told that they called and left a Voicemail (untrue) and that the home was unfit for cleaning. All rooms were clear of debris and able to be cleaned. 1. They do construction cleaning. 2. I was scheduled for a block cleaning. I was never alerted, I wasted my time, and then when explaining how I just wasted 10 days thanks to that company Ms. Brittney simply repeated her one line.

I have been very happy with Jeslyn Maids Service. The maids are always courteous,friendly, and are eager to please,

My house was not cleaned the first or second time you came out. A move out clean should be shining and it's filthy 2 days before my house closing.

Do not use. I am aware their policy says you have 7 days to call for a re-clean, and I did that between the first and the second cleaning. I apologize for assuming they cleaned my house properly the second time around. I moved and left town after this "move out cleaning" and was not able to double check their work. They will issue no refund, partial refund or a re-clean because it's outside of their policy time. NOT THE POINT. It should have been cleaned properly the first OR the second time. Do not use...especially the Houston maids..maybe they're better somewhere else. Also, the GM Alan could not have been more rude and unaccommodating to me. I have NEVER written a review on yelp, but this shows how fired up I am at the poor business practices of this company. if you clean it right the first time, you wouldn't need silly policies.

I should have looked to see if they were accredited. It's all making sense now.

I hired them too do a deep cleaning, and that is not what I received. They did not clean the baseboards, window blinds and window seals. They did not dust our front living and dinning room. Did not clean the ceiling fans or cob webs. Did not clean behind the toilets. I tried to get them to give me a partial refund but they refused.

I hired Jeslyn Maids to clean a house I had just purchased. I spent over $200 on what they called their deep clean for move outs. They emailed me a list of everything they cover. They arrived an hour late and were gone within 1 1/2 hours. They had not vacuumed, cleaned floors, wiped counters, absolutely cleaned nothing. Nothing was wiped down. I called the manager to let him know of my disappointment. He was extremely rude. He agreed to send out a "senior" maid. I had waiting over 3 hours and the same 2 maids arrived without any cleaning products other than windex and a dirty mop. It was very clear they hadn't vacuumed. I have had maid services in the past and never had a complaint. This service was horrendous. They didn't clean anything and I would not ever recommend them.

This company discolored my butcher block counter tops. When we asked them to solve the problem, all they did was deny that the possibility even existed that they are responsible. Customer service does a terrible job calling back and even answering the phones. Also, they had to send someone back out because the ENTIRE basement was not cleaned. I would stay away from them at all costs.
