Customer has been contacted since we received letter from Revdex.com on July 15thCustomer is taking vehicle to local facility and Jess Ford of Grand Coulee will assist in the repair costAs far as customer complaint on time with original repair: We are not a motorhome repair
facility or do we claim to be but when customers are broke downThe nearest authorized facility is miles away so we try to do our best at helping customer in distressThe intended repair took much longer than we anticipatedGeneral service/parts information was not readily available on the Bounder motorhome do to the age of the vehicle We had to send off the part to have it rebuilt as new parts weren’t availableThe bleeding procedure took a significant amount of time due to the motorhome power steering set upThere were also extra time for having to work on motorhome in the parking lot because we are not set up to work on such big unitsThis repair was squeezed into an already three weeks booked appointment schedule Jess Ford continued to work on the vehicle to try and return it as soon as possible but given our limited availabilities on information and parts for this vehicle we ran much longer for the repair time than intended Jess Ford will assist in repair cost for customer once quote is provided
Service manager (Paul K***) has been in touch with customer and is waiting for quote from customer of repair facility
