We sold this home used & had no knowledge of the furnace being defective, the customer requested that we install a new furnace no a used on as I offered, we have come to an agreement now & I have contracted with a heating and air company to replace it, it ill be done in the near future.Thanks,Jess Spradlin

Jess Spradlin has been dragging his feet on getting this furnace replaced, since the first week we found out furnace is badHe promised us to replace this furnace back then over four months ago, we have lost rental income since then cannot get trailer to pass inspection without skirting and new furnace installed and bathroom outlet to be fixedNow the City is possibly going to fined us for trailer not on property legally set up no skirting and broken furnace, Time has been important to get this all done quickly, this has been stressed over and over agaIN WITH JESS Spradlin since day one, very upset he's taking so long to fix issuers
