HELLO, I am *** *** the owner I am very disturbed to say the least I did not start my own shop to take advantage of people and treat them with disrespect, but quite the oppositeI have been a technician for over years and have seen the way people are treated and taken for granted by the
automotive worldI created my own company to help be part of the solution not add to the problemI was not here Saturday so all I have to go on is your letter and my employees answers to my inquiresI have determined that you were not over charged for the Amsoil 5wEuropean Formula oil change you received as that particular oil is formulated specifically for European cars and a little more expensiveHowever there was another option that you should have been given, that was to use Amsoil OE 5wthis would have brought your price down to I will make no excuses as to this situation as your perception and satisfaction are the only things that mater to meMy company failed to serve you the way I would have served you had I been here at the time and therefore I personally have failed you by proxyI have a strict policy that no work is to be done until a proper ticket is written and signed by customer to avoid this problem with price disputesIt being the end of the day was no excuse to not follow procedurePertaining to the mess and missing screwsI had a long talk with my oil change man who usually dose exemplary work for me and he stated that you have a small oil leak and he had used spray cleaner to remove as much as possible to leave cleaner than he found itI do this myself and sometimes it will drip even after I blow it off with airI know you said you took it to another shop and they told you we had done a terrible, unprofessional and sloppy jobI have seen this countless times over the years done to gain customers from other shops by blasting them with extravagant stories of incompetence and poor quality work to gain your confidence and your future bushiness by degrading the service of the other shop and its works wonderfully that's why they do itI really wish you had called me personally and let me see the conditions for myself I only care about your satisfaction and would have taken care of the situation without resorting to both of us spending time in front of computers typing lettersThese kind of matters are best resolved in person and that is what I would like to have the opportunity to do hereI am old fashioned and like to look a person in the eye when conducting business and resolutionsPlease check my reviews on surecritic.com I have well over these are real reviews from real customers good and bad I hope you will discover we are not the disgrace we appear to be but that there was a massive failure in procedure and communication that can be corrected in futureKeeping you as a customer is all that matters to me and I will do what needs to be done to accomplish that your business is important to me but our relationship is pricelessI would like to set up a time for us to talk in person please let me know when would be convenient for youAs to keeping your mouth shut and not bothering me anymore that is not a solution and not what I want out of this, I want a loyal customer that will give me and my staff a chance to make this rite and continue to do business in futureI want to show you we are different than the plus other shops in Waco TX

I do appreciate your reply. I can imagine that employees don't always do as their boss wants them to. I realize it was not good timing, too late and at the end of the day. I realized that the special oil would cost more, but I was shocked to realize it was going to cost that much. I appreciate your concern and care on this issue. I will call you when I am not at work and come in again, to talk with you personally.
