Please be advised that the undersigned represents Jesse Dukes Paving coand hereby responds to the recent complaint letter you have received in the above matter. First of all, my client was unaware of any job dissatisfaction in connection with the work performed for Ms***
Indeed, my client had agreed at the conclusion of the driveway paving and grading work to install a patio at no additional charge conditioned on the property owner purchasing the bricks to be installed.Initially, Ms*** agreed to this offer, but subsequently stated to my client she could not afford to purchase the bricks at that time and advised MrDukes she did not wish to go forward with the proposed patio project.At no time did she state she had any problem with the quality of the workmanship or the performance of Dukes Paving, which has been in business for more than years. My client is at a complete loss as to why this complaint has been made more than two years after the work was completed, but is more than wllling to meet with the property owner to attempt to resolve any concerns.Please feel free to contact the undersigned to hopefully resolve this matter.Very Truly Yours,*** ** *** cc: Jesse Dukes Paving Co

Actually Joe the Concrete person that Jesse Dukes hired, was at my house today and worked on the concrete pitch today - the job is not complete enough for me to say the problem has been resolved
