I am rejecting this response because:There are many false statements in her response.First, she never once said the 100 extra photos were compensation for anything. Our photographer told us there were too many pictures to choose from and she was just going to give all of them to us.Second, we know we didn't pay for a flavor, she asked me what flavor I wanted and never said it wouldn't be able to happen.And third, it's not about her messing up the order and giving me something with "better value".  That's not the point because it is not what I asked for. It just goes to show how she is trying to turn all of her mess ups into "bonuses".And to be clear, I have zero vendetta towards her and am definitely not trying to ruin her reputation like she thinks. All I wanted to do was write a simple review about how I would not recommend her to anyone and to save future brides from the struggle and stress I went through.I didn't think it was a crime to write a review about a company I was doing business with.  She says she used to have 5 star ratings until I posted my review and I can see why because she stiff arms any bad review to be removed. Before we booked her for our wedding I was researching on [redacted] about her business and saw she had 1 bad review saying how Sherry and her business were a scam.  This made us worried and we called Revdex.com to find out more information and even talked to Sherry about the review. After our wedding was over and I went to write my review on [redacted] that bad review was gone. She probably threatened to sue her like she did me and she took it down. She will probably never have a bad review for this reason.Bottom line is we were traveling from the Atlantic coast for a stress free ceremony and it was far from it.  I shouldn't have been called on my wedding day by the person doing my hair saying he wasn't going to make it because of Sherry. I shouldn't have to wonder where my bridesmaid bouquets are when the flowers show up. I shouldn't have had to pay the limo tip because I wasn't prepared to do so. And I shouldn't have to remember every exact detail down to the T on a phone call with her hours before my wedding. That is not my job, but her job.I was unhappy, overwhelmed and dissatisfied with her and her business.

What happened was at the last minute her makeup artist canceled, but I got her a new one-one she gave 5 stars to on the makeup artists [redacted] page.  Then they couldn’t get the white orchids, so I found a new florist same day who provided even more beautiful flowers than she ordered.  She...

actually got a Haku or Head lei instead of a single flower for the hair (I’m not sure why the florist did that, but my onsite planner Marie took it apart and it made several flower for her brides maids instead of one, the value was over 10 times what she would have paid for one flower-seems like that would be a bonus to me.   The ONLY thing she didn’t get was one bridesmaid bouquet.  I went over the flower order with her on the phone before the final order was sent in and she agreed that it was correct.  She had changed her order so many times it really was a bit confusing, I have all the emails still.    We compensated her with an extra 100 gorgeous photos with a value that was triple what the bouquet would cost.  As far as the flavor on the cake, they never paid for a flavor.  My old baker provided flavor choices  as a free bonus, but I was having problems because he would only make chocolate on certain days etc, so it was just a hassle and I changed bakers, so I simply let her know it would be vanilla as originally ordered.  The 1 star rating is what she wrote for my rating on [redacted], but she rated the officiate (I scheduled for her) as 5 star, the photographer (I schedule for her as 5 star), the hair and makeup person ( I scheduled twice for her the second one took me hours to find last minute) as 5 star.  My planner onsite said that the guests said they loved the cake and that it was very fresh and the only service she didn’t get the entire wedding was the one bouquet which we compensated her with 100 free photos (worth around $300.00),  As far as the tip, that’s optional.  I always tell all the couples they can tip the driver if they want, otherwise it gets billed to me.  Some tip and some don’t.  I never said it was mandatory but it is customary to tip the limo driver.  I just don’t get what the problem was there.  That is one of the small details I go over with each couple as they arrive because if I told them a year before when the book their wedding they may forget. AS far as asking the same question, yes, I do want to make sure I have everything correct.  She isn’t the ONLY wedding I planned last year and most were booked months in advance so I go over the details several times to make sure I understand everything correctly and I haven’t forgotten anything just like that brides maid bouquet (which was an add on service) that’s why I went over the flower list with her and she ok’d it before the final order went in. When it comes to customer service, I am old school.  I treat everyone the way I would want to be treated.  I took their order and emailed them multiple times about changes (I can provide those emails so you can see how well I treated them), I just have no idea what so ever why she would be complaining about customer service.  I’ve been a business owner most of my career life and if there’s anything I know, it’s how to treat the customers right.  She never made a verbal complaint directly to me on the phone, I just saw her reviews so there was some email discussion after the fact but before she complained (which was over a month after the wedding), I had nothing but positive interaction with both the bride and the groom.  She says she paid a lot of money but actually we are a budget wedding business.  The total was a little over $3,000 for services that would actually cost around $10,000 or more on the mainland.  That doesn’t mean we skimp on service.  I pride myself in offering top of the line photography (as you can see) fabulous officiates and gorgeous fresh flowers and cakes and I go out of my way to ensure everything is perfect for each wedding large or small.  I am human and am not perfect and on occasion things get missed but we always do our best to make up for it and this bride was more than compensated for that missing brides maid bouquet (that she also missed on the final order). I have attached pictures for you to review. This was actually one of the most spectacular weddings we have ever performed and this is the first complaint I have received on the Revdex.com.  This bride has some type of personal vendetta against me or something and in my opinion she has tried to ruin my reputation.  You can see by the pictures that bouquet was spectacular!  She paid for a medium sized one but we gave her the bigger size at no extra charge because we had to change florists at the last minute due to the one we ordered from running out of white orchids.  This type of thing happens frequently on Oahu, but I personally spent 8 hours of my time rescheduling the hair and makeup person and the flowers so her day would be perfect.  And here’s the kicker, She NEVER made a peep to me of any complaint what so ever, other than an email saying she didn’t get that bouquet.  She went on the internet and just went crazy posting complaints to Wedding Wire, which we used to have a 5 star rating, [redacted], which we also Had a 5 star rating, the Revdex.com now.  Last but not least, I had legal representation and [redacted] encouraged this bride to change the review from the exact one you see below,(that she sent the Revdex.com) to a simple complaint that stated she was not satisfied with the customer service.  This complaint was changed because I was going to sue her from slander.  Thanks so much for taking the time to help me with this matter.  I can forward email correspondence from my attorney to her and any other emails you would like to see.
