Have ordered 2 candle holders for my best friend for Christmas and did this at the end of November and still haven't received them,the money has gone out of my account, Have checked tracking and it says they have arrived in the UK and are with the delivery company but that was the 19th December but am still waiting,nothing since that date, I'm fuming now,would like to know How to either get them or get my money back!

I ordered 3 Christmas gifts. I never got an email letting me know that the order shipped. I pulled up the website and clicked on tracking. It showed that my package was out for delivery yesterday 12/7/2022. I kept checking my front porch up to 1am and no delivery. Then this morning I checked the site and it stated that the package was delivered last night at 11:26 pm. That was a lie. I have tried calling their customer service number to get a voicemail. I have tried Revdex to get a busy signal. I spent $95 on these gifts. If you are tight on money as we are, dont wasted your time ordering from this company. Its a waste of time and money. I will be contacting the Attorney Generals office and BBB to report them.

I ordered 3 items and only received 1 out of 3 items. They don’t respond right away but I do have emails telling me they shipped all 3. Now I have proof that they dropped off 1 thing to dhl for delivery. I paid for rush shipping which was $35 alone in order to get it before Father’s Day and this is what I received. I’m so pissed and all items say shipped.

I ordered a necklace for my daughter for mother's day. It was so her baby girls could give her a gift. They guaranteed it would be here for Mother's Day. I verified that before I placed the order. Well it was not here. And also I placed the order and screenshot my order. Well guess what they put two of the same birthstone in there and spelled a name wrong. Guess they do it how they want it. I emailed them so so many times to let them know they had made a mistake and all they would respond with was your package is on the way. Some customer service. Guess I need to find somewhere else to do business.

I have emailed them several times now & they don’t care. I’ve asked three times where my order is because I received an email stating it was shipped & still hadn’t received it. Online it says I can track my order then when I try it says my order isn't in the system. When I contacted support in an email they said my order was still processing despite me receiving an email from them saying it had been shipped & the statuses online said shipped. Then after four days of waiting to hear back they said that the system sent me the wrong email & they just got my order & would ship it in a few days. I ordered two items as Mother’s Day Gifts & they still won’t even tell me where my order actually is or if I’ll revive it in time. At this point it doesn’t seem like I’ll be reviving it at all leaving me with no gifts & out almost $50

I placed an order with this company on April 9th at 12:24pm. I received a text stating they had received my order and money. I have sent several e m ails inquiring about my order but have heard nothing. I called and only got a voice mail. I let them know I would be contacting the Revdex.com. I have been out $25.98.
