Hi! Lori, I paid Jesse S*** In fact my partner is the one who handed me the $cash and I handed it to MrS*** I asked for a receipt and he said, I need to get it from Cheryl R [redacted] I don't know MrS [redacted] middle name initials In fact, MsR [redacted] only gave me MrS [redacted] last name the next day on 5/4/2017, after I put in a complaint with the [redacted] I did ask MsR [redacted] while making the appointment but for Jesse's last name but she only gave his first name You can probably get his middle initial from Ms [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: Jessie S*** whole story is a LIE and does Not reflect anything that took place. Before MrS*** did start the non-anthesthsia cleaning of my dog all I asked him was what solutions if any he will be using on my dog. I explained to MrS*** like I do the Vets I have visited and any other lay person who is going to perform something on my dog is my dog is VERY SENSITIVE AND SHE TAKES ALLERGIC REACTS TO DIFFERENT MEDICINES AND LIQUIDS. So MrS*** went and got the liquid wash he uses in the dogs mouth and he even looked up on his phone about the ingredients and let me read it from his phone. He NEVER checked my dog teeth before the procedure (and never in front of us; ONLY AFTER). While he had her in the back away from us and after we heard her yelping and screaming several times, then I told him to STOP; then he called me in the back and showed me her teeth was loose. Ask Mr.S*** why when my dog in 2015 went to another non-anthethsia cleaning(Colorado Vet and his assistant; different times) my dog NEVER yelp or screamed once while in there possession and cleaning? AND REMEMBER I CHECKED MY DOGS MOUTH WITH MY PARTNER BEFORE DRIVING MY DOG TO THE PROCEDURE THAT MRS*** DID AND PLUS SHE HAD A REGULAR DENTAL CLEANING BY A LICENSED VET IN APRIL/(I CAN EVEN SUPPLY DOCUMENTS FROM THAT VET THAT DID THE CLEANING) SHOWING MY DOG HAD NO PROBLEMS WHAT SO EVER WITH HER TEETH. SO MRS*** WHOLE STORY IS BASED ON LIES. MRS*** IS CRUELLY AND INTENTIONALLY HARMING ANIMALS FOR NO REASON.

I am rejecting this response because: I have never gotten a receipt from CHERYL R[redacted] .  I have been bringing my dog to PET HAVEN SALON to have CHERYL R[redacted] not only file my [redacted]'s paws but also had ANAL EXCREATION DONE EVER MONTH ONCE A MONTH SINCE DECEMBER/2016.  I have paid Ms. R[redacted] each month $25 to $30, we never asked why the price fluctate we just paid cash.  Me and my partner go together and he sits on the bench in Ms. R[redacted] shop when you first walk in. I go in the gate and into the wash room. I hold [redacted] while MS. R[redacted] or her staff/ mother or another employee excrete [redacted]s anal gland. After excretion they wash [redacted]s behind, then we walk over to the high table and I hold [redacted] again as they file [redacted]s paws.  Ms. R[redacted] always would she likes that I help and she wishes her other clients owners would do the same.About our visit to Ms. R[redacted]'s shop Pet Haven Salon the next day after the incident on 5/3/2017, Ms. R[redacted] is the one who said," let me go in [redacted]'s mouth and check the teeth".  Ms. R[redacted] did and she moved [redacted]'s front teeths and Ms. R[redacted] said, "Wow it really is loose and several of them".  Ms. R[redacted] went on to say, "I don't let people that abuse animals work here and I have interview others to come into my shop to do non-anthesia teeth cleaning and I knew some of they were NUTS".  Ms. R[redacted] went on and discussed about the doctor from Colorado.  Ms. R[redacted] said, "that doctor from Colorado with his traveling van and assistant are abusive to animals".  I replied back to Ms. R[redacted] they are NOT ABUSIVE; [redacted] has had her teeth cleaned by them numberous times in 2015 and they are very professional.  I went on to tell Ms. R[redacted] that [redacted] in 2016 had her teeth professional cleaned by a Vet. and she had no problems with her teeth.

[redacted] Aloha,  My apologies but this is the first email I have seen. Mr. S[redacted] is not my employee he just uses space to provide a...

service. We have not had a single complaint or problem. This customer has been overly dramatic even when I do her dog [redacted]'s nails. I explained to her that her dogs teeth was being held snug by tarter. The small movement is only temporary. She said she has been wiggling them since the cleaning and the teeth are getting looser. I told her to leave them alone. We are in this business to help dogs and she was provided a service by a outside vendor.  Sent from my [redacted]   [redacted]
[redacted] Aloha,  I forgot to mention that I was not working that day to provide Ms. [redacted] with a receipt but she called me the next day for a receipt for $10.00 the amount the my shop charged her do nails with a 1099 independent groomer that works Wednesdays and Sundays. I did give her a receipt the next day but not for the teeth cleaning. My position is if Ms. [redacted] would like a refund she needs to address the service provider and not Pet Haven Salon.
