Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
Yes, I would like to proceed with a refund

Unfortunately they had an accident at our home do to bad equipment and ruined our concrete We hired them to foam jack and ended up needing to lay new concrete which didn't happen till four months later After telling us they'd send their best crew we got one experienced person and two people I don't think have worked there for a week(This was not a one man job.)  Below average job quality and very poor communication and business dealings from the people that run the company I highly suggest finding a different company

Jake and Jesus were clean, neat and efficient The whole experience was very enjoyable I no longer have to worry that there will be water in my basement after a heavy rain

"">July 25, Ms*** *** Revdex.com of Minnesota and North Dakota SRiver Ridge Circle Burnsville, MN *** Re: Complaint ID: *** Dear Ms***, This letter is in response to the complaint (ID ***) filed by Ms*** ***. Part of Ms***’s complaint was that we were slow to respond to her with test results. However, this entire project was in our system as a sold project to the previous homeowner. Therefore, when we tried contacting Ms*** we only had the previous homeowner’s contact information in our system. Once the new contact information became available to us this was no longer an issue Secondly, the installation of a radon mitigation system is tricky in any home and there are many circumstances that can change or contribute to differing test results. True that our warranty states that we guarantee a radon test reading of or less but in order to achieve this it may require several attempts and adjustments in order to be a successful installation We fully understand Ms***’s frustrations as we are equally frustrated by not achieving those levels. We have spent more than the cost of the installation in attempts to honor our warranty but that is not our main concern. Our main concern is lowering her radon levels to the acceptable level or lower. In fact, we have enlisted the help of the professors at the University of Minnesota, have specialize in this area, to help us find a solution that will work for Ms***’s residence. We were still trying to coordinate with the University when we received Ms***’s request for a full refund (which our warranty does state). We do plan to honor that request and issue the refund but please note that our last scheduled appointment with Ms*** was canceled by her the morning of that scheduled appointment Page As mentioned previously, our intention and goal is to lower the radon levels in that residence, it can be very tricky as there are many possible contributing factors involved and it can be like a puzzle trying to solve and fix the situation. We do feel that we have made every honest attempt to do our due diligence to this residence and were stopped by Ms***’s request and therefore have no other choice but to provide her with the full refund that she has requested We only wish Ms*** the best and hope that the other avenue(s) she has chosen to pursue will provide her with the results that she is seeking. We feel that it is unfortunate that we were willing to go the extra mile(s) to make this another successful installation, and were not given the opportunity from Ms*** in order to make that happen Sincerely, Jesse Trebil’s Safebasements of MN

Totally pleased with work done on drain tile system and sump pump installationVery professional and customer oriented, would recommend to anyone

Called them to come and quote my basement that "never had any water" so I could tile the inside and stop the water! They came out within that week, and I booked them for december Was a little nervous after some of the reviews and such but I went with them and am glad I did!
I work during the day and couldn't be home to let them in, but did call them and let them know they could enter the house They stated they will be there about 830am and would start what they needed to I received a phone call from one of the guys at is stating they were having car troubles but will be there within the hour I appreciated that, because I wouldn't have knownChecking on them throughout their days there, they always cleaned up their messes that they could and was spotless on day I appreciate all that they did and in the spring if I have water I will call, but am very hopeful that I wont! Thank you Jesse and team!

Very knowledgeable about our water problemsDid the work in a timely manner and left the job site cleanCost was very reasonable with no "Surprises" Very pleased with Jesse Trebil Foundation Systems, Incand would not hesitate to recommend them for your projects

Jesse Trebil representative came out explained the cause of the water issue we experienced and how to fix it. The workers came out and were pleasant, worked hard and answered all the questions we had. They cleaned up after themselves. Our basement had some challenges such as a low crawl space ceiling but these were all overcome. While water issues are never fun, it was good to work with professionals and it feels good to have work finished restoring peace of mind. October 2015.

I'm sorry this hasn't already been taken care of. I will have someone there by the end of the day.

Once again I'm sorry for any inconvenience,

I filed a complaint but it could not be published because: "we can only report on the complaints when we have been successful in contacting the company about the complaint. In this case, the letter that we had sent to the company informing them of your complaint was actually returned to us". Since that complaint won't be on the website, I will review the problems sited in the complaint. I had drain tile installed Feb 2015 & it failed on first rain in spring 2015. Inspector came out after I found the sump pump pipe detached & laying in the garden & water still pooling in basement in May. He found multiple issues: not enough holes drilled; foundation had a hole around pipe that should have been closed w/cement inside & outside; cement work on floor inadequate, etc. Basically an incomplete & inadequate installation. Appmt made to have corrections done in June but I had to cancel. Tried to get another apptmt starting 10/02 & they sent another inspector out 10/06 who confirmed original issues. After that, they failed to return any of approximately six calls I made trying to get an apptmt. When I called, said they needed to get it scheduled w/production mgr. but never did so. By this time, mice had entered thru foundation hole into that room. On 10/26...more than 3 wks after I originally contacted them, I informed them I was filing a Revdex.com complaint. I did so on 10/29 but, per Revdex.com, that letter from Revdex.com was returned. Oddly enough, however, the company finally called me, came out on 11/06 & spent about 4 hours redoing the work. Over a month trying to get some cooperation from a company is not acceptable. Based on the other, recent reviews here, it appears they were out doing new jobs rather than fixing a job that was not done correctly. Won't know until spring if the redo of the work will do the job the drain tiles were supposed to do from the beginning.

Crew was supposed to leave the shop (about 90 minutes from my home) at 7 AM to do some work on the house, giving me a call when they're on the way to let me know an ETA. At 10:10, not having heard anything, I called to find out where the crew were, and spoke to Brenda. Brenda sounded surprised that Ben (the foreman) hadn't arrived yet, said she would call him, and promised me a call back. After confirming my telephone number with her, I thanked her and hung up the phone.
70 minutes go by. No call from [redacted]. No call from [redacted]. So I call back and talk to Shelia. After several attempts to find my appointment in the system, Shelia says she is going to make some calls and promises to call me back. "No, no," I say. "I'll stay on the line this time." She puts me on hold, and it sounds like Ben decided that, it being a nice fall day, had decided to call in sick without letting me or presumably anyone else know.
[redacted] offers to transfer me up to Jeff, the GM. Jeff was rude and, other than stating that he would try and get another foreman to the site at some point that day, dismissive of my concerns.
Second Foreman ([redacted]) eventually did show up and do acceptable work, but overall the company is not worth the time spent dealing with them.

The crew members are very professional. Robert and Jesse worked everyday in muddy conditions. They remained cheerful and continued to work until all things are done correctly for the repair. Excellent work! Can't say enough good things about them.

In June of 2015, Jesse Trebil quoted us on anchoring our deck 6x6's so that our soil would no longer "heave" the deck. The work was scheduled for October of 2015. The work was subsequently delayed until early November of 2015. When the workers came out, it was rainy (and had been for a couple days). They took a mini-backhoe in the backyard and completed the work. Upon completion, parts of the patio that was not part of the work area were left cracked and angled. Even more alarming, our backyard was, in essence, destroyed. Big clumps of dirt scattered all over the back yard along with plastic pieces. Ruts up to 12" deep now line my back yard and approximately 6" deep are in my front yard.

When they left were told by a worker "sorry about the ruts". He did say someone would come out to look at the yard. We did file a complaint with the company and had a landscape company come out and give us a repair quote. The quote was $2000. The worker that came out to look at our now destroyed yard told my wife they would deduct $800 off our bill, be out in the spring (the landscape company also advised a spring fix), and took pictures to bring to a company training to show how not to leave a yard.

I now waiting for Jesse Trebil to come and fix my destroyed yard. Based on past performance I am scared of the quality of work I will be left with as they don't do landscaping. I am leery of any timeline they may give me ( I just emailed them to remind them-otherwise there has been no contact), and am fearful of the money that further repair (sprinkler system, drain tile, and concrete repair) will cost above and beyond the $6000 we paid them will cost me. I have picked up the plastic, cleaned up some of the mess and will soon begin removing some of the dirt on my own just so that looking at my yard doesn't sicken me.

I expected some damage to my yard and was prepared to have to do some minor yard repair. But, I feel the workers of this company showed no concern during or after the work they were doing to the condition of my yard.

We had a serious issue with the foundation on the home we built in 2004. Of the 5 contractors I contacted to help assess the issue, Shane with Jesse Trebil was the only one to give me an assessment and proposal (it was a bit more than the others could handle). Subsequent engineering assessment and bore sampling indicated the house was built upon poorly compacted sand and that piers would be required across the entire back of the house. Jesse Trebil worked with the insurance company (thank goodness we had gotten insurance to cover the statutory structural warranties as the builder had gone bankrupt). Ultimately, the job required 27 push piers across the back of the house and replacement and substantial structural fortification of a portion of the garage floor. As part of the pier process, Jesse Trebil was able to lift the garage foundation (poured foundation) and help bring the house back into shape. I can't say enough good about the crew who did the project (5 weeks from start to finish). The supervisor was Tony B and they just kept plugging away on it day after day. Everyone of their people was genuinely hard working and courteous; since I am retired I watched them work throughout the process and had no problem explaining things fully as they proceeded. I hope to never go through this much grief with a house again, but I am honestly very happy with the work done by Jesse Trebil and found their people to be a pleasure to deal with. I am happy to recommend them to anyone.

Ecellent service-very timely, professional and loved that they placed a tarp on carpets that led to arera they would be working on. Here right on time, and very conscientious. When there were any questions, clarified before proceeding. Very good work and really appreciated that they lived up to what they advertise.
