In regards to the customer stating that he does not have an outstanding balance is from work we completed on or around January 8,The customer brought in a GMC Jimmy for repairA fuel injector set was purchased by the customer at a salvage yard or auto parts store to be replaced and was installedThe customer did not pay the bill for the repairThe customer has previously stated that the reason why the bill was not paid is because the vehicle is not fixed and does not runWhen the technician completed the repairs on the vehicle it was driven away by the customer never to be seen againWe have made the customer welcome to bring the vehicle in for a recheck on several different occasionsThe customer does have an outstanding balance in the amount of $with $deducted from the original balance of $
