Review: My husband and I drove two hours to go see the jeeps available at Jesse's Jeeps. They didn't hassle us about the jeeps, really no customer service at all, but okay. We test drove some jeeps several needed to be jumped off and one over heated on us. The one that over heated we were assured that it was only lower on fluid nothing else was wrong with it. This is the one we decided to buy. They didn't come off price at all. Ok fine it was priced reasonably. Well, drove it two hours home got off the interstate and engine light came on. I called and informed them of this. I really think at this point they know something was wrong with the jeep and wiped the engine light off. Of course it comes back on after driving 100 miles or so. I try to go get an inspection sticker for the jeep, because they don't have the jeeps inspected, I FAILED the emissions test! Ok just spent $15,000 on a jeep and it won't even pass to get an inspection sticker!?! They give me the codes of what's wrong with the jeep. I need a new catalytic converter, new thermostat, new brakes, new calipers (because they locked up), and new radiator! So now I'm spending $3,000 on parts and labor to fix a jeep that I just bought! Then we paid them to go to the DMV and handle the title and plate for us. We paid them! What did I receive in the mail almost a month after buying the jeep. The signed title that we signed in the office and a bill of sale!?! I PAID for that to be done so I wouldn't have to worry about it. So, I had to spend more money and send that back to them in order to get my title and plate that I already should have gotten. What I believe should have been done is when I called to inform them hey this jeep that just over heated and you assured me everything was good with it the engine light came on. They should of had me bring the jeep back and had a mechanic look at it. I belong to many off-road club all over the state and I will be letting everyone know of the problems I have had with the jeep I purchased from Jesse's Jeep.Desired Settlement: At least a partial refund on the work that we had to put into the jeep. Because I know they absolutely knew about the over heating problem and the catalytic converter.
