Review: Here is the problem of our services."The landscaping project was divided into 4 components. #1...planting shrubs, curbing, and other landscaping.#2. installation of a concrete patio and water feature.#3. installation of a patio cover over the concrete patio#4. electrical work to provide outdoor lightingThe patio roof and electrical components were both done well. The landscaping was generally of a good quality but my husband and I were disappointed that when a tree died it was not replaced upon our request. The concrete patio and water feature have been most disappointing. Scarring stains appeared on the water feature and patio almost immediately. We addressed these stains right away with Jesse's Landscaping. In response we have been provided with several statements that don't seem entirely consistent with each other.First: We were told, you have a bad concrete mix. ......Second: The stains are the result of our personal flower pots sitting out on the patio. and "hard water coming down from the flower pots onto the patio surface."Third: We should show some patience as the staining would eventually go away.We have recently tried to get Jesse's Landscaping to address these problems so that we could have an aesthetically pleasing patio/water feature that we paid for and had a right to expect. But all efforts to get Jesse's Landscaping to be responsible in taking care of these issues have been unsuccessful. For a project that cost $40,000.00 we had an expectation that Jesse's Landscaping, at its own expense would take care of any issues that were easily observable by a homeowner. All visitors to our home this year have asked, "what happened to your patio?" I would NOT RECOMMEND Jesse's Landscaping to anyone!!Desired Settlement: Cement work properly restored to paid for expectations. We paid $40,000.00 for a project that is inferior. We did not expect any billing to repair poor mix of concrete and offered to pay for 1/2 of the repair work.. We were met with rude behavior and comments.

We did a landscape project for [redacted] in Apr! 2012. I heard nothing but great things about the landscape construction project after it was completed. After a year went by, I received an envelope in the mail with a letter of disgust and some pictures of his patio. It is very obvious that the patio looks great except for where they had placed concrete pots, with no sort of catch oan under them, allowing the water to continually run out onto the patio staining it and discoloring it. Had the / taken the proper precautions with a catch pan, this staining would not have happened. However, upon receiving their letter, I asked a concrete specialist to do an overlay at the cost of what he would charge a “contractor discount price” for the [redacted]'s. When the contractor called Mr. [redacted] to see if he could email or fax the: quote, he became very upset and “went off’ on the contractor saying that “he would not be responsible 'or anything”. The contractor called me and said that he will not do any work for the [redacted]'s. I am sorry ft r their situation but do not feel the issues with the staining of their patio was due to any fault of Jesse’s Lawn maintenance and feel that I tried to help the [redacted]’s by working with them to resolve the issue but they would not allow it.
