I called them to report a car parked in two spaces. They told me they were going to send a unit. I had already came home from work late and there wasn't any parking except the parking space this car was taking up and four buildings down from where I live. I had to wait an hour before I got a parking space. I went to check to see if the car was gone this morning and it was STILL there! Next time I will not waste my breath, time, or energy trying to call these people.
